Develop and manage detailed business and functional requirements to scope out the ideas to detail needed by

The team member must meet the full kitting of input material and safety stock levels. Consultation with production schedulers for the changes in the production schedule for inventory planning Review material issuance variances against standard usage. Monitor all BOM changes and update the respective systems on a regular basis. Review of non-moving, near expiry and under test materials.

The team member responsibilities include developing the plan most effectively and efficiently for input material planning, meeting the production plan, and Target inventory. Implement and maintain inventory management strategies for all raw materials, packing materials, and Consumables  by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g., reorder point, safety stock, ABC categorization).

The team member acts as an interface between production, QC, and procurement to resolve material planning-related issues. Place purchase requests based on the production plan / campaign plan. A review of non-moving and slow-moving inventory recommends actions to move the stock. Tracking with QC regarding the release of materials and retesting of materials for production usage. Position Overview

Will interact with business users within the financial and accounting areas and implement Oracle PBCS (Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) applications based on Oracle Hyperion Planning that supports enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a cloud-based deployment model. PBCS provides a rich Web and Microsoft Office-enabled planning and modelling framework that supports driver-based planning to help connect operational assumptions to financial outcomes. The application supports a hierarchical planning process that encompasses both corporate finance and the lines of business within an enterprise. With PBCS, organizations can meet immediate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting needs while enabling a platform for future cross-functional expansion and automated process integration.

Essential Job Functions

* Participate in all aspects of consulting, systems analysis, and detailed system design.
* Prepare detailed technical specifications from which moderate to complex applications will be built and configured.
* Participate in building planning applications, including the build and configuration of business rules, and loading data to set up the planning scenarios.
* Advise client on best practices in planning and building planning applications for business rules, loading data to set up planning scenarios.
* Participate in systems analysis and design, including identifying and documenting the planning process and functional specifications for building planning and budgeting applications
* Consult and advise clients on building rules and making technical changes to applications in the planning processes.

Qualifications

Required:

* 6-10 yrs. relevant experience implementing one or more EPM technologies
* 4+ yrs. relevant experience in implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) or any other EPM module
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
* Good understanding of Financial Accounting, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting concepts.
* Should have a technical background with hands-on experience in Hyperion Planning, Essbase cube build using PBCS, and data management to build metadata and data load.
* Extensive experience in developing the PBCS calculation scripts in /building load rules, data management, build metadata, and identity manager.
* Good understanding of EPM Automator and ASO cubes.
* Can leverage best practices from previous architecture and implementation experience and work on constant support and continuous improvement Skills (Mandatory) in the Hyperion application environment.
* Identify & implement process improvements to support more efficient financial analysis.

Preferred:

* Oracle certification in PBCS and/or willingness to get certification in the next 6 months.
* Strong functional knowledge of financial systems, processes, and Financial reporting practices
* Experience with implementing more than one Oracle EPM Cloud module (FCCS, ARCS, TRCS).
* Proven skills as a team member, team lead, or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
* Ability to collaborate with clients

Serving as the project manager responsible for managing and coordinating the design and development of IT Infrastructure components on various global projects, as well as supporting and coordinating internal IT teams in maintaining and improving all aspects of the current IT Infrastructure. This includes coordinating work with the internal business SMEs assigned to the project, the project leadership team, including the Program Manager, and the IT team. Liaising with and developing partnerships between the end-user teams within each department to ensure mutual support and effective communications throughout the project lifecycle and coordinating and tracking the IT Infrastructure testing activities. Maintaining project plans as required by this phase of the project and managing tasks and resources associated with the phase. Developing project tracking and reporting on project milestones and providing status updates to the Program Manager. Create and facilitate training and professional development if needed. Overseeing change management in partnership with the business. Assigning tasks and providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and repository of IT Infrastructure information. Facilitate meetings, and prepare agenda and meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of XBRL-based reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners to gather business requirements, analyse data sources, and define XBRL taxonomies for financial reporting.
• Conduct thorough analysis of disclosures, and regulatory filings to identify and interpret reporting requirements and data mapping specifications.
• Collaborate with external vendors, regulatory agencies, and standard-setting bodies to stay updated on XBRL taxonomy changes, updates, and industry developments.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on XBRL-related matters, including taxonomy development, instance document creation, validation, and filing processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials for XBRL reporting processes and procedures.
• Perform quality assurance checks and data validations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with XBRL specifications and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform Business Acceptance Test of the software and making sure that it is compliant with the XBRL specifications and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in the XBRL ecosystem, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
• Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior team members, providing guidance, support, and training on XBRL concepts, tools, and techniques.

Purpose of position:

The position will be responsible for monitoring project quality works and leading quality team ,POC. Presenting the project quality related information as per client requirement. Supporting Project Head in managing the project quality works. Monitor and manage quality requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Should possess in depth knowledge of specification and quality standards, construction methodology and techniques , studying drawings ,about various construction materials and there Standard Test methods  etc. Should have fair knowledge of material handling ,storage and self-life etc.

2.Should be able to plan Quality management – Quality Requirement and quality metrics ;Manage Quality – implementation of quality policy and Control quality-Monitoring and Recording quality performance ,able to analyze Gaps , noncompliance of process etc. Should able to share and implement quality good practice at site.

3.Should be able to perform all necessary checks and controls at site as per approved Method statement ,Checklists and other specification and requirement. Should be able to review Third party Quality management plans , strategy ,quality park etc.

4.Identify discrepancy /incompleteness in specification , line items , work performance and able to record necessary observation , Non compliance as necessary. Should ensure that right information and latest drawings are used at site for construction work.

5.Should be able to anticipate/ identify main Risks and associated risk and provide proper mitigation to resolve same in timely manner.

6. Should be excellent communicator and able to coordinate with all project member to gather project data and should efficiently convert it not information and Reports.

7. Reporting :Preparation of monthly & Weekly Quality report ,dashboards, Various Quality test registers , MOM’s ,Client instruction’s, Early warnings. Managing all communications as Single point of contact / as per communication protocol

8.Should be well informed about all Health wellbeing and Environment related compliances as applicable state to state.

9. Manage team to fulfil the objective and delegate job etc.

10.Should be able to perform quality audit work as necessary

• Should be able to drive the MEP delivery of the project through all stages including set up and project brief, design, tendering & procurement, construction, handover & closeout.
• Should be able to handle all project-related documentation. 

 Responsibilities:

• Lead project meetings & handle all client communication (verbal and written)
• Set up initial systems, governance, reporting & communication protocol, set up project controls such as risk management, change management, quality & HSE
• Be responsible for overall MEP delivery
• Drive output from the project team, lead a project team of 5+ members
• Be well versed in end to end MEP delivery including high side and low side MEP QA/QC side for Datacentre

Reporting

• Depending upon context, project manager is likely to report to a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director.
