The successful candidate will perform the full range of IT Project Manager duties.

Such duties include but are not limited to:

1. Managing the operation and maintenance of agency's ERP core ledger system that include but
not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fee Billing, Project Cost Accounting, General
Ledger, and Financial Reporting.

2. Coordinate, prioritize and monitor of agency's ERP core ledger system's configuration and
change requests.

3. Identify opportunities to improve agency's ERP core ledger system user experience to enhance
business processes and utilize emerging technologies.

4. Provide guidance and support to the agency's ERP core ledger system's user community and
business leads.

5. Ensures technical integration is achieved across the Financial Services IT Portfolio by
participating in system implementation planning, validation, and reviews.

6. Coordinate and conduct governance and perform portfolio management activities associated with
the Financial Services IT Portfolio.

7. Ensures the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies,
principles, and practices to the systems analysis process. Coordinates with OCFO IT security leads.

8. Perform financial management activities supporting the agency's ERP core ledger system that
include Federal Acquisition activities, current and future spend funding plans, review and approve
of Contractor support invoices.

9. Coordinates the implementation of government-wide regulations requiring revisions to NRC
financial management directives.

10. Assists the Branch Chief in meetings on system policy and procedures with representatives of
NRC divisions, office, or regional offices, as well as with personnel of other Federal agencies.

Starting at $99,200 Per Year (GG 12)

The incumbent will serve as a Senior Project Manager and technical authority responsible for the most complex facility projects that involve significant budget and complex logistical challenges. Assignments involve leading and managing projects of agency-wide scope and importance. The incumbent serves as a recognized authority on facility projects by top level management officials within and outside the agency. Assignments involve collaboration with staff in the Office of Administration, those affected by the facility project(s), the General Services Administration, and other external entities to ensure that all project technical and schedule requirements are captured and accounted for in project planning. The incumbent manages and monitors project performance and progress and routinely briefs ADM senior management and other agency officials on the status of the project and risks to project success.

Oversees all aspects of projects and ensures the vast variety of project elements are appropriately and effectively addressed, including, but are not limited to, identification of space technical requirements, construction budget and schedule, relocation logistics, and project risks. Exercises technically authoritative expertise in providing input to budget formulation for unique and novel special projects.

As the top-level project management authority, leads other ADM staff in overseeing complex and highly visible contracted construction projects. Manages daily activities associated with such projects including assessment of work quality, adherence to schedules, and oversight of contract personnel work. Develops and maintains the master schedule for the special project(s) to include identification of critical path items and risks to timely project completion. Ensures all requisite information associated with the project is entered into the project tracking system.

Works with other ADM staff and contractors to provide interpretation, adaptation, and application of design and engineering principles and practices that lead to solutions to design problems. Provides leadership in managing cross-functional teams involved with complex building projects. Serves as a mentor and coach to the staff. Interacts with multiple audiences, especially junior and less experienced staff, to transfer professional experience and knowledge of the organization's mission. Prepares periodic status reports and briefs management on project progress. Identifies risks to overall project success and provides solutions to top-level management officials, within and outside the agency, regarding significant problems such as schedule slippages or poor performance.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated by 1) experience with managing building construction projects; 2) experience in the field of engineering and/or experience with managing complex projects; 3) demonstrated knowledge of building infrastructure and design; and 4) skills in written and oral communications required to explain and negotiate requirements; ability to present project status and risks and conduct formal meetings in a concise and professional manner.

• You will use Project Management knowledge, processes and tools to lead and manage diverse project teams necessary to propose, plan, execute, and close-out multiple complex Smart Arsenal tasks or projects.
• You will compose and present project documentation (e.g. cost estimates/ proposals, project plans, schedules, spend plans, statements of work, etc.).
• You will manage and track project planning and execution information using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat software.
• You will manage and track project financial data using the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including gathering financial information and building project structures
• You will communicate and resolve project status or issues with portfolio managers, resource managers, customers and suppliers.
• You will support a manufacturing organization.

• Serves as an authoritative consultant and expert in the development, management, and implementation of IT project plans to include requirements development, cost, progress and performance schedules.
• Develops detailed project plans, tasks, schedules, and identifies milestone dates to ensure proper sequencing of events, work efforts, and resources to accomplish objectives.
• Evaluates and manages risk of the program through solid estimation and response planning techniques for each assigned project.
• Tracks related project’s cost throughout the acquisition life-cycle process in concert with financial management to ensure a clear and accurate on-going picture of associated costs and ensures cost data availability.
• Coordinates with civilian technical personnel within DoD to ensure architecture is compliant with the intent of regulatory policies, communication, software standards and with user requirements.

• Perform activities related to the disposition of records, including paper records and electronic records.
• Develop, recommend, coordinate, and implement program improvements.
• Coordinate, administer, and monitor the project plan.
• Mapping business processes and procedures.
• Track open actions, including deadlines, and following up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor project and/or cases throughout their life cycle.
• Develop strategies for implementing/planning for major information, operations, and management projects.
• Identify project activities or situations that may adversely impact the project.

Starting at $117,962 Per Year (GS 13)

• Coordinate the activities of multiple Project Delivery Teams engaged in Life Cycle Project Management of individual projects to ensure program objectives are met.
• Integrate customer requirements, and District resources into a comprehensive management plan that is fully coordinated with all contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the District.
• Control and manages project budgets and schedules from a programmatic standpoint, assuring that District commitments to customers are met.
• Negotiate and prepares contract documentation for new task orders and modifications for construction, design-build and Architect-Engineer services.
• Represent the District and briefs project/program status at conferences with customers and at monthly District Project Review Boards.

- Effective communication with all team member, directors and manager across the Group.

- Provide support to the Development Director and Senior Development Manager in the management of procurement contracts for projects and programmes of work to quality standards, performance standards and cost parameters agreed by Board.

- Full Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.

Role Summary:
The Project Manager will plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within Flowserve. KBR is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support the Alteration Installation Team (AIT) within the US Navy at our Lexington Park, MD office site. In this role, you will use Defense Acquisition, DOD 5000 series, & Navy Acquisition experience to assist with contract efforts and serve as the manager of our engineering and installation support team.

In this Role, You Will...​

• Serve as an interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on the contract's technical, schedule, and cost aspects of designated projects.

The Role

Objectives

Coordinate the work of the Commercial and Development Team to ensure that Shaw healthcare develops a stable financial and service portfolio that allows for a platform for expansion
Lead the Identification of customer requirements
Research potential business opportunities and developments including tenders, potential
company or project acquisitions or relevant speculative development opportunities
Manage designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters.

Principal duties
<u>General Management</u>

Understand the legal requirements of relevant legislation and ensure the department complies; sharing best practice with other team members appropriately
Have a full understanding and working knowledge of all Shaw healthcare policies and procedures and ensure that all these policies are applied at all times

Lead in preparation of Opportunity Evaluations with a full assessment of risks and opportunities
Lead in preparation and writing of tenders and framework applications
Lead tender interviews and presentations
Be accountable for the maintenance of the Tender Tracker of future, current and past opportunities
Be accountable for the maintenance of the database of contacts of Stakeholders including Directors of CCGs, Health Boards, specialist commissioners Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Construction Companies
Research new business opportunities and initiatives and liaise with the Commercial and Development Team on potential business and project acquisitions
Attend market engagement events and feedback risks and opportunities to the wider team
Be accountable for the maintenance of the Bid Library and analyse results and lead reviews
Create comprehensive proposals and detailed project plans, with success criteria / outcomes
Evaluate scores and results to feed into plans for future bids.

Existing Business

Support the Contracts Officer in the contracts process
Ensure expiring contracts are reviewed and planned for with key departments aware of dates
Provide commercial support on service redesign
Be accountable for the market research to inform the development of business cases.

Marketing and Promotion

Support the team to promote the organisation and increase the customer base
Lead in the growth and development of the business, through the support of various marketing exercises and work with the wider team
Promote the work of the organisation by attending and taking part in conferences and events that will offer opportunities for networking
Prepare information and content for presentations.

Essential Criteria

Minimum of Degree Level Qualification or equivalent experience
Bid writing experience gained in relevant business development setting
Experience gained in a range of health and social care settings
Ability to prioritise work in an environment which has conflicting pressures and demands
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage well with commissioners, partners, colleagues and other stakeholders
Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
Be approachable, responsive and empathic
IT literate, including the use of basic range of software packages

Positive attitude towards CPD and be able to attend and undertake training as required
