- You will plan, schedule and execute all elements of the mandated Contract Administration Quality Assurance Program (CAQAP).
- You will ensure organizations strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the teams strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
- You will lead team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established work flow, skill level and occupational specialization.
- You will train or arrange for the training of team members in methods and techniques of team building and working in teams to accomplish tasks or projects.
- You will plan for new or modified contracts including coordination of resource needs with the appropriate Program Coordinator for the assembly and coordination of a contract review team.
- You will review the results received from in process inspections and statistical techniques that were used for evaluations.
- You will ensure that designated document reviews are completed by the QAS, identifying the necessary resources for conducting the actual review itself, for coordination of the timeframes.
- You will maintain a current quality profile and will be obtained by conducting on-site audits and surveillance (on ship and with production shops of installation, fabrication and testing activities.
- You will prepare detailed reports summarizing factual data, discussing methods used; problems analyzed and states conclusions and recommendations.
