Responsibilities:

• Train, supervise, and schedule Live Streaming Host to their available time slot to go live or reschedule as and when needed.
• Work closely with Live Streaming Host on tracking, monitoring, and understanding live streaming performance through insights and analytics at any timeframe of work/shift.
• Implement standardized guidelines & procedures that will track and monitor adherence and performance.
• Share ideas with the Live Streaming Host on doing live streaming/videos creatively to attract the audience.
• Have an understanding of skincare and beauty products trend in the market.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year with relevant experience, having E-Commerce / TikTok / Shopee live stream operation working experience would be a plus point
• Possess minimum education level Diploma in any field
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Have good knowledge and interest in skincare and beauty products
• Able to work with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

1. Live Streaming Account Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of live streaming accounts.
• Schedule live streaming sessions and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with live streaming hosts to plan and prepare content.
• Monitor live streaming for quality and compliance with company standards.

2. Revenue and Performance Responsibility:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for live streaming.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement.
• Optimize content and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and generate reports for management.

3. Operational Support:

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating live streamingcampaigns.

Job Scope

1) Participate in the preparation and review of project technical proposals to ensure designs comply with the standards and specifications.

2) Responsible for the preparation, review and submission of technical documents, such as RFIs, drawings and other related materials

3) Prepare the shop drawings to ensure that technical details and design as requirements.

4) Submit samples including review and approval.

5) Provide reply to rectify solution/proposal for NCRs.

6) Prepare and update project schedules.

Requirements

1) Education: Bachelors degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.

2) Experience: Over 5 years of experience in engineering project technical management, with preference given to candidates with experience in high-rise residential projects.

3) Professional Skills: Familiarity with engineering project technical standards and specifications with the ability to resolve complex technical issues, and independently prepare construction proposals and detailed drawings.

4) Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Office and other engineering management software.

• Assist in facilitating/escorting external vendors for repairs tickets or installation of servers.
• Provide proactive capacity monitoring via monitoring tools, perform clean-up, report or escalation when required. 
• Manage, follow up and resolve cases as per company's internal case logging system.
• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting by following the procedures/guidance given.
• Manage and follow up the escalation to level 2 support, principal or service provider for any incident or problem beyond the support scope.
• Physically check and verify physical assets to make sure assets are in good condition.
• Understand the requirements of 24x7 on-site support.
• Ensure facility regulations and safety policies are enforced before external personnel enter Data Center room.
