- 跨平台發布：在協作平台、社交媒體和其他相關管道上分享職缺，以最大限度地提高可見性和覆蓋範圍。
- 候選人參與：積極與候選人聯繫，分享工作機會並吸引他們的興趣，提供資訊並回答查詢以鼓勵申請。
- 報告：維護外展活動和申請人回覆的記錄，以優化採購策略。
資格：
- 在客戶支援、招募或相關領域擁有豐富的經驗。
- 較強的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠吸引和影響候選人。
- 熟悉各種採購平台、社群媒體和招募網站。
- 注重細節，具有強大的分析能力，可以評估職位發布和申請人趨勢。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立和協作工作。
