Job Overview:
The Finance Executive will support the financial operations of the organization, focusing on accurate reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth execution of financial processes and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting are ideal for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial updates for management.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track and report on budget performance, highlighting any discrepancies.
3. Accounting Operations
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
4. Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow to ensure funds are available for operational needs.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
5. Compliance & Audit
- Support compliance with local financial regulations and organizational policies.
- Assist in coordinating with external auditors during audits.
6. Administrative & Other Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and financial regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Analytical Abilities: Basic skills in analyzing financial data and identifying key trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
