How you’ll make a difference The Service Delivery Manager is a key role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of IT services aligns with the needs of the business. You’ll manage relationships, work closely with the Governance & Control Analysts to deliver consistent service metrics and partner across technology to resolve issues and, drive service improvements. You’ll work closely with the business to manage and improve the delivery of Business Services, leveraging ITIL best practices to manage business relationships through continual improvement.

You’ll drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes for incidents, manage risks and perform maintenance to prevent service issues. You’ll also provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure services, monitor performance and security, resolve operational issues, and automate routine tasks.
