We have a great opportunity are for an enthusiastic individual to take on the important role of Process Technician with our Wargrave treatment catchment area.
As the successful candidate You will be working alongside a multiskilled team who are passionate about delivering results and great service for our customers.
What you’ll be doing as the Process Technician
- Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience
- Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to ensure on-site operational and health and safety standards are maintained
- Attending reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure
- Keeping sites clean and tidy and undertaking safety and security checks
- Always working safely and complying with all Health and Safety guidance and procedures.
Base Location: Wargrave - RG10 8DJ
Working Pattern 38 Hours Monday- Friday 7;30 am – 15;36 pm plus the inclusion on a standby rota for which you will receive additional payment.
Plus the inclusion of a company van and fuel card
What you should bring to the role
- Be a self-motivated individual that can immerse themselves into the team around them, you need to be very disciplined and have the desire to learn from those around you, and have a can-do attitude. This role can be demanding at times but very rewarding too
- Take Ownership of responding quickly to faults, being curious to fully understand the problem, and identifying the best solution to resolve it the first time
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to interact with the team
- Deliver exceptional service through an enthusiastic and positive approach, taking accountability for your role while working accurately and flexibly within a busy team
- Teamwork – We are one team, and our end goals are the same
- Proactive – take the lead on recommendations and improvements around the site and communicate effectively
- Must be prepared to be trained in safety procedures including Confined Space Entry
- Knowledge and awareness of health and safety standards
- Due to the nature of the role, you must have full UK driving Licence
