JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to serve as the Base Information Assurance Manager who is the wing commander's authority and focal point for Information Assurance. Manages the communication-computer security (COMPUSEC) program, Electronic Key Management System (EKMS), Emission Security, and Information Assurance Awareness Programs.

The major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as the Wing Information Assurance Manager.
• Manages the Network Security Program.
• Serves as the Communications Security (COMSEC) Manager for all cryptographic activities including managing the Cryptographic Access Program (CAP).
• Implements and manages the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) program.
• Adheres to management control plan requirements by conducting self inspection and staff assistance visits.

This National Guard position is for a PRIMARY PREVENTION SPECIALIST (PREV WF)(Title 5), Position Description Number T0029P01 and is part of the J9, National Guard.

JOB SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to implement and support integrated prevention programs. It collaboratively identifies, implements, and assesses public health-informed and evidence-based prevention policy, practices, programs and processes. Supports healthy climate/culture to eliminate harassment, sexual violence, family violence and self-directed harm using a public health perspective and socio-ecological theoretical lens. This involves an integrated, multi-agency, and collaborative approach with other Wings/Regions, Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ), and local programs with a nexus to integrated primary prevention (IPP) efforts.

The major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as the point of contact for harm and abuse prevention programs and activities; provides program coordination and serves as an advisor for the Wing/Region/JFHQ-STATE IPP program.
• Supports inter- and intra-personal violence prevention efforts and programming through the Wing/Region/JFHQ-STATE leadership advisory committees, boards and working groups.
• Serves as a Wing/Region/JFHQ-STATE liaison for local military and civilian agencies to promote timely information exchange, coordinate collaborative prevention efforts, and establish resource links and community partnerships.
• Responsible for developing and overseeing healthy climate, resiliency, risk reduction activities, training, and communication campaigns within the region.
• Recruits, trains, and facilitates military volunteers for prevention activity implementation.

• Serves as a developmental intern in Contract Administration within DCMA.
• Completes classroom and on-the-job training to acquire, exercise, and maintain knowledge of other contracts of similar complexity or of specific phases of more complex contracts such as overhaul and repair, facilities, cost-plus-fixed-fee, etc.
• Assists with monitoring contractor performance for compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, inspections, contract and data reporting requirements.
• Assists with contacting contractors to clarify issues on contractual requirements (as necessary).
