Purpose: Help promote our Judgement Free Zone, by representing our core values and adhering to our business drivers during each scheduled shift. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.

• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.

• Ensure that all proper training has been completed in order to operate safely and efficiently.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and holding up to Excel Standard.

• Perform club inspections, complete assigned cleaning or associated tasks along with re-inspecting said tasks.

• Process and Review Daily Club Activity Paperwork and file in appropriate folders.

• Audit and Balance Cash Drawers on a daily basis.

• Update and Review Daily Club Reports and complete any corresponding Data Entry Documents

• Maintain and clean the Front entrance to provide customers with a clean, presentable, and welcoming environment

• Adhere to company’s policies and guidelines and address any minor infractions.

• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members

• Communicate with members and a create a high level of customer service.

• Stocking all retail and promotional items for following shift.

• Perform daily club inspections, complete assigned cleaning sections.

• Understand and adhere to company standards, audit daily paperwork, and help resolve any day-to-day customer issues.

• Audit club inventory and communicate with GM, AM and Shift Lead on recommendations of inventory orders.

• Staying up to date on all required certifications and training courses.

• Communicating with, promoting, touring, and assisting prospects and potential members

• Assisting General Manager and Assistant Manager with club promotions, training, and implementation of any operational strategies

• Ensuring Facility complies with all state and federal laws and insurance requirements

• Operating and Assisting applicable members with use of Tanning, hydro, and Total Body Enhancement Equipment and making sure all applicable paperwork and procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

What You Will Do:

• Manage project timelines and staff work product review and delivery to client.

What You Will Need:

• Experience performing financial statement audits, financial Internal Controls or financial audit remediation and sustainment services within DoD, another Federal Government agency, or large (1000+ personnel) commercial organizations.

The energy transition requires trillions of dollars of investment to fund clean energy generation, energy storage, transmission, and grid upgrades, EV charging, building decarbonization, and more.  Financing these projects is critical priority for national, federal, state, and local organizations. You will work with public sector institutions to help ensure that capital is deployed wisely and ensure that risks are appropriately assessed and compensated.  

Key responsibilities include: 

• Performing project and/or corporate finance due diligence and analysis on projects in the clean energy and mobility sectors to assess their financial feasibility and risk with respect to financial performance, operation, management, governance, and legal, and achievement of expected financial outcome.

• Evaluating project business plans for reasonableness and confirming that the plan’s financing requirements, structure, and funding plan are reasonable and consistent with industry norms.

• Reviewing financial and commercial elements and structure of contractual arrangements (e.g. Offtake, EPC, O&M, Input etc.) and confirming they are reasonable and consistent with industry norms.

• Confirming that financial data, forecasts, and assumptions in the business plan align with key contractual terms and they are reasonable and accurately reflected in the project financial model.

• Identifying and assessing project risks and advising on mitigation strategies

• Working collaboratively with market and technical advisors to advance client objectives

• Assisting the client in loan negotiations by evaluating financial impacts of terms under negotiation and advising on mitigation strategies.

• Assisting the client with preparation and review of credit approval documents, including risk and recovery matrices and Credit Committee and/or Board Presentations.

What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to support our Energy Efficiency/Electrification programs (multiple locations available) with experience in the energy industry. This position requires experience with developing and delivering Energy Efficiency (EE), electrification and/or decarbonization solutions as well as team and partner management of various functional groups (internal and external), client, and stakeholders. The Program Manager will support the implementation of energy efficiency rebate programs for our state and local government clients. This individual will also work with partners to the support the building and management of trade ally networks and provide day to day contact with our subconsultants to achieve continuous improvement in the customer journey.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Partner and coordinate with Guidehouse market teams and the national team to support the development of EE, electrification and/or decarbonization solutions that can be scaled across our the Guidehouse client base.

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Part-Time Store Associate is an entry level, part-time position that will work at FedEx Office’s retail stores. PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies. Responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines. Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. Supports the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and CQI Activities, including those related to patient satisfaction and actively participates in process improvement activities that enhance the likelihood that patients will achieve the organization Quality Enhancement Goals (QEP).

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Related

Education:

• Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access.

Treatment:

• Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their wellbeing since their last treatment.

• Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.

• Obtain necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight and perform vascular access evaluation pre- treatment

• Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD).         

• Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.   

• Monitor patients’ response to dialysis therapy. 

• Obtain vital signs prior to reinfusion; perform all relevant functions necessary for the discontinuation of treatment - document.       

• Discontinue dialysis treatment according to established procedures and evaluate patient prior to termination of venous access - standing & sitting blood pressure

• Obtain Hemostasis and apply appropriate dressings.   

• Evaluate the patient prior to discharge.

• Perform and record Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight, and vital signs with initial identification        

• Responsible for calculating and entry of individual patients’ dialysis machine programming for Ultrafiltration (UF) goal; treatment time; and UF modeling as prescribed.          

• Responsible for ensuring appropriate safety alarms are enabled, including Narrow Venous Limits, (NVL) 160.    

• Record accurate and timely information regarding vital signs and treatment parameters onto the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet with initial identification      

• Responsible for accurate documentation of information related to patient treatment including completion of Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and, if applicable, progress notes.         

• Report any significant information and/or change in patient condition directly to the registered nurse or supervisor.

• Observe patient and conduct machine safety checks according to facility policy. Report any change or unusual findings to the registered nurse or supervisor.

• Perform and document any intervention for unusual patient status and document patients' response to intervention.

• Evaluate patients’ vascular access during treatment including arterial and venous monitoring pressures, provide appropriate intervention as needed, document and report any unusual findings to the registered nurse or supervisor.

• Obtain all prescribed laboratory testing and prepare specimens for collection.      

• Ensure that all blood spills are immediately cleaned with appropriate disinfectant according to facility policy.       

• Prepare, organize, and efficiently utilize supplies and equipment to prevent wastage.       

• Monitors patients performing self-care under the supervision of RN.

Staff Related

• Assists in training of applicable direct patient care staff on appropriate programs under the supervision of a nurse.

Education/Communication:

• Follows all organization business policies, procedures and systems incorporated into training, including compliance with ethical business practices

• Maintain environmental integrity and aesthetics - ensure all areas are safe and clean.

• Clean and disinfect dialysis machine surface, chair, equipment, and surrounding area between treatments according to facility policy.

• Conduct all tasks necessary for preparation for dialysis treatment and document where appropriate and perform all required pretreatment dialysis machine alarm testing including Pressure Holding (PHT).

• Initiate Solution Delivery System (SDS) system.

RECORD KEEPING:

• Complete and document ongoing participation in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.  

• Enters all treatment data into the designated clinical application in an accurate and timely manner.           

• Review treatment sheets for completeness, ensure nursing signatures are documented, and ensure

omitted entries are completed or corrected by appropriate staff.

• Prepare initial patient chart for admission and compile paperwork for appropriate placement in chart.

• Prepare/print lab requisitions for prescribed or stat Lab specimens according to laboratory destination.      

• Collect, label, appropriately prepare and store lab samples according required laboratory specifications.     

• Ensure collection of lab specimens by appropriate lab courier.

INFECTION CONTROL:

• Assists in collecting  information for infection control audits.       

• Supports staff and patient Adherence to infection control practices.         

• Follows infection control Policies and Procedures          

• Participates in and reinforces infection control education of patients and families under the direction of the CM or designee as allowed by state law.

TRANSITIONAL CARE UNIT:

• Follows all newly admitted patients through their first 4 weeks of dialysis and coordinating their transitional dialysis care 

• Reinforces all education and care related matters as it relates to the new patient           as allowed by state law

• Liaisons with appropriate FKC staff members to provide the best patient experience including making sure all disciplines are scheduled to see patient according to plan.      

• Assists in assuring patient understanding or home dialysis products, benefits of home and how home dialysis can work for them.

• Sets and preforms a treatment on all machines used in the transitional care unit.

• Assist in assuring patient understanding of treatment options including demonstration of the peritoneal dialysis set-up.

• Assists with coordination of transition to patient’s modality choice.         

• Assists with supply ordering and inventory for TCU
