CACI is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts professional to support the Advanced Solutions Group (ASG), sitting in Chantilly, VA. This position will be the lead Contracts person responsible for a seven year single-award IDIQ mission technology contract, with a large ceiling, for the U.S. Navy, delivering Shipboard Offensive Electromagnetic Attack/Electromagnetic Warfare (EA/EW) and Cyber Operations.  ASG delivers highly specialized systems for DoD, national, and civilian customers and sustains end-to-end mission solutions worldwide.  This position will be the lead Contracts person responsible a large $1B+ US Navy Program delivering Shipboard Offensive Electromagnetic Attack/Electromagnetic Warfare (EA/EW) and Cyber Operations.  ASG delivers industry leading Signals Intelligence exploitation and Electronic Warfare (SIGINT/EW) products that enable our nation’s tactical warfighters to effectively utilize distributed grids of networked sensors, assets, and platforms to perform a variety of critical national security driven missions.

Responsibilities: 

• Be the point of contact internally and externally for all contractual matters for the program

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years experience or an Associate Degree and nine years of relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph, and must be willing able to upgrade to higher level polygraph

• Ability to write test documentation - Test Plans; Test Procedures; Change Requests; System Requirements Documents; Problem Reports, Discrepancy Reports

• Familiarity with Information Security best practices

• Ability to apply test estimation techniques to software development efforts

• Experience working with an open source or commercial version control systems like GIT, Mercurial, CVS, SVN, Clear Case

• Demonstrated experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases

• Must be a team player and work in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience interacting with the product Owner, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and provide guidance on automation tools and testing methods to meet project specific needs.

• Thrive in a technically and geographically diverse team environment.

• Pass CBP background investigation (U.S. Citizenship required).

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:

• Automated testing experience.

• Familiarity on fundamental concepts of Continuous Integration and Automated Testing

• Technical Certifications, such as CSTE, CST, CSTA, CTFL, CTAL, CTEL Experience with program testing software, such as Microsoft testing tools, Selenium and/or Geb

• Experience using Jira and/or related Agile project tools and plug-ins

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience participating in a high performing, highly engaged and motivated CM team

• Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach

What You’ll Get to Do:

The Senior Capture Management Director, PPG (Priority Pursuit Group) will lead pursuit strategy throughout every aspect of strategic capture. Candidate will be a key member of CACI’s Priority Pursuit Group and proposal team; will lead strategic planning and implementation, to include engaging with senior leaders from across CACI; and will provide mentorship and guidance to less-senior capture team members. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
• Experience leading large, complex strategic capture efforts
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Experience capturing business across a diverse set of customers to include DoD, CCMD, and Federal Civilian Agencies
• Demonstrated ability to capture business that result in new markets and customers served
• Understanding of FEDSIM acquisition practices and experience leading and
• winning FEDSIM pursuits
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategies that improve PWIN and pricing

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
• ITIL Certified (current) or equivalent
• Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Federal security clearance eligibility (up to TS/SCI/Poly)
