• Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you’ll really get to get to know our communities.
• You’ll look after a number of patches and neighbourhoods (ably supported by our Community Housing Assistants).

• Proactively managing anti-social behaviours in our estates, responding to customer queries and complaints.

• Have worked in housing before and understand housing management, housing law and in an ideal world, universal credit too!

Job details

• This is a hybrid role and in an average week, you’ll spend 2/3 days working from our community patches across the North East.
• Although you’ll spend time in our neighbourhoods, we do get together regularly, we spend 1 day in the office at One Strawberry Lane and the other days working between home and our community's.
• There may be some flexibility to adapt your working hours, do let us know about this when you meet us at the interview

• Front Office duty management and team leadership experience for 2+ years in a property of similar size & standard.
