Our client based in Redhill is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager.

Summary of duties include:

· To maximise the profitable sales of finance and insurance products · To assist in the closing of sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling To secure finance business using providers approved To ensure F & I policies are followed by all staff when using finance and insurance products To ensure that Sales Management, General Management and other front line sales staff are kept abreast of developments in the finance and insurance market Requirements: Up-to-date knowledge and relevant experience gained within the finance and insurance industry An ability to build good customer relationships and negotiate profitable transactions An ability to mentor and develop others while being regarded as a member of a team To be able to develop contacts within the F & I industry Understanding of the legal, tax and fiscal implications of Finance and Insurance

We are looking for a Reception Team Lead (21 hrs per week shift times 7.30am-13.30pm & 16.00pm-22.00pm to include some weekends) to work within our friendly reception desks across the Emergency Floor (A&E, EAU, AEC & Guildford Ward). You will work as part of the Emergency Floors multi-disciplinary team, providing a 24 hour Reception service The successful candidates will support and deputise for the Reception Manager and duties will be of a varied nature in accordance to the needs of the Emergency Department. The role is diverse, with each day bringing new challenges. You will have proven ability in using your own initiative and working with confidential information, showing attention to detail and the ability to work accurately. A confident and assertive personality will be an asset. We have an opportunity to join and lead our Children Looked After Team based in Guildford.

This role can be offered as a 12-month secondment or fixed term contract opportunity, or a permanent opportunity.

When not working with our residents in the community, we are keen to support agile working with a combination of home and office working. We are keen to get the balance right of providing flexibility but ensuring you feel connected to your team and the service.

The salary range for a Team Manager is £52,942 - £57,125 per annum. We also offer a financial package of up to £6,000 which is payable in 3 instalments across your first 18 months in post.
