We are offering study support to complete a Level 4 Brewer Apprenticeship with clear progression to a career. This is a full-time position.

Who are we looking for:

You will enjoy being in a hands-on role with a passion for all things’ food and drink development and interest in beer and brewing would be advantageous. Each shift is varied, and you never know what the day can bring.

You’ll be a team player, working regularly with our small team of Brewers, lifting and moving raw materials, carrying out the brewing process and packing and storing the finished product. This position is extremely physical and demanding with repetitive motions. You will work in hot and cold temperatures.

You will need a creative mind with a head for numbers as you will be checking and adjusting recipes as you go. You will work in a team that embodies the Daniel Thwaites’ principles of Innovation and Craftsmanship, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

GCSE Math’s and English would be advantageous but not essential as this can be completed alongside the apprenticeship.

Your day to day as an Apprentice Brewer:
