The Director, Human Resources – Corporate Functions will be the primary HR business partner to the corporate functions (Finance/IT, Procurement, Government Relations and Public Affairs, Law, and HR) as part of the functional leadership teams and ensure the human resource strategies for these groups are aligned with business and enterprise HR strategies. The Associate Dean and Director, also referred to as Program Leader within the National Cooperative Extension Service, provides strategic leadership and administrative management for the Human Sciences Extension and Outreach (HSEO) program. Specifically, this person provides leadership, motivation, strategy, vision, resource management, and coordination for the development and delivery of HSEO programs and faculty/staff development that address the diverse needs in Iowa communities and beyond. The Associate Dean and Director is an essential member of the Extension Leadership Team and the College of Human Sciences Cabinet. In keeping with the university's land-grant mission, the human sciences program works collaboratively within Extension and Outreach and with other mission areas of research and teaching to focus the resources of Iowa State University toward positive outcomes for all Iowans.

As the Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant academic background in science, engineering, safety, environmental management, or related degree.

• 15+ years of progressive EHS and team supervisory experience in a consulting environment, working substantially with private sector clients.

• Solid understanding of environmental regulations with a strong track record of strategy and tactical regulatory compliance and permitting, as well as innovation in EHS compliance (e.g., management systems, auditing) and operationalizing sustainability goals.

• Passionate about EHS performance improvement and possess substantial experience in developing and delivering world-class EHS program solutions.

• In-depth understanding of client needs, including existing relationships that can be leveraged into new business.

What Will You Do

• To prepare creation of concept, script, and storyboard for commercial productions.
• To do preparation of shoot list independently or in conjunction with videographers.
• To manage the requirements of the production, such as cast, crew, location, studio, equipment, logistics and budget.
• To provide creative inputs during the post-production process.
• To communicate the vision and requirements of each shot.
• To guide talent during the takes on the scene requirements and emotions required.
• Video filming for events and commercial productions.
• Video editing and post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Digital file management and other admin tasks.

What Do We Want
