You will be part of a team providing suppport on regional corporate secretarial matters.

You are ideally someone who can preempt implications of a contractual change on prior or subsequent clauses and its direct/indirect impact on the business.

Requirements
It is helpful if you bring some form of legal training under your belt on top of contracts management experience for at least 5 years. This is a dynamic and fast moving environment with substantial volume hence someone who can handle the rigor will be more likely to succeed and sustain in this role.
