Job Description & Requirements

• Providing physical assistance in the loading and unloading of items from shipping containers.
  • Collaborating with the primary operators to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods.
  • Assisting in the movement of goods within the warehouse or loading area.
  • Using manual equipment, such as hand trucks or dollies, to transport items.
  • Reporting any discrepancies or damages to the relevant personnel.

Salary:

Day Shift

• $90/Activity (4 hrs to 6hrs)

Night Shift

• $120/Activity (4 hrs to 6 hrs)

• Establish and implement a robust QA/QC management system at the site.
• Coordinate quality inspections, including non-destructive testing, with subcontractors and vendors.
• Engage with the customer's representative on all quality matters and ensure alignment with specifications.
• Manage distribution of relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
• Participate in internal and external audits, coordinate inspections, and address nonconformance reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, coordinate with the construction manager, and conduct weekly QA/QC meetings with subcontractors.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials from one location to another.
  • Use the forklift to lift and stack materials in an organized manner.
  • Load and unload materials from containers, pallets, shelves, or other storage areas using the forklift.
  • Ensure that materials are handled safely and securely to prevent damage.
  • Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventories as required.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating the forklift and moving materials.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel to coordinate material movements.
  • Report any issues, damage, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize materials in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient use of space.
  • Follow established procedures for stacking and storing materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift, such as checking fluid levels and inspecting tires, to ensure proper functioning.
  • Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions for prompt repair.
  • Complete necessary paperwork or documentation related to material movements,inventory transactions, and equipment maintenance.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to forklift operation and material handling.
  • Maintain a forklift operator certification, which may be required by local regulations or company policies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities of Resident Engineer

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation, ensuring clarity and conciseness.

2. Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and modules, to drive platform expansion and adoption.

3. Engage in custom development, configuration, and testing, including the creation of ServiceNow customizations to align with project objectives and business requirements.

4. Collaborate across IT functional teams to enhance assets Discovery functionality.

5. Support service operations and handle escalated support, contributing to the overall management of our ServiceNow service. This includes core configuration, user administration, and core application tasks.

6. Provide application support and operational activities, such as code migrations, replications, patching, and upgrades.

7. Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.

8. Manage the availability and reliability of the ServiceNow MID server service.

9. Perform data entry tasks, transferring information from source documents into the ServiceNow database.

10. Utilize ServiceNow import templates for efficient data loading and extraction.

11. Collaborate proactively with team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in enterprise platform processes.

12. Provide visibility into the performance and issues related to Discovery, contributing to ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications of Resident Engineer

· Degree, Diploma, or ITE in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent from an established Institution

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in ServiceNow administration and management.

· ServiceNow System Administrator certification (admin or higher)

· ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

· Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and GRC

· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Strong written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work well as a member of a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.

Scope of work

• Conduct visual inspection on buggy before use. Look out for any signs of tyre(s) tear and anomalies. Report such observation to AO or DOM CSX, including malfunction.
• Observe all established road traffic rules at all times.
• Do not exceed speed limits of 20 kph stipulated for buggy and on road as defined within depot.
• Reduce speed when approaching, junctions, corners, humps, negotiating corners, walkways and in pedestrian areas.
• Able to communicate with Customer Service Officer.
• Maintain and cleanliness of buggy

Requirements

• Class 3 Driving License
• At least Primary/Secondary qualification in any field.
• Only trained and qualified drivers are allowed to operate buggy.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
• Be punctual to ferry the Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities:

• To provide supervision services to ensure the Contractor comply with the Company requirements.
• To review the Contractor’s site drawings, work process and work documentations for discrepancies; missing details; workplace safety lapse
• Inspection/Supervision & Testing of the Works
• Monitoring the Builder’s Site Management
• To conduct progress inspections to ensure work carried out complies with quality standards, requirements and specifications.
• To ensure the contractors maintain work site safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site.
• To participate in client/consultant meetings.
• Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants/contractors to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues.
• Any other duties related to the project assigned.
