Scope of work

• Conduct visual inspection on buggy before use. Look out for any signs of tyre(s) tear and anomalies. Report such observation to AO or DOM CSX, including malfunction.
• Observe all established road traffic rules at all times.
• Do not exceed speed limits of 20 kph stipulated for buggy and on road as defined within depot.
• Reduce speed when approaching, junctions, corners, humps, negotiating corners, walkways and in pedestrian areas.

Catering (Placing Order):

a. Coordinate catering services to provide meals, snacks, and beverages during breaks and lunchtime.

b. Select caterer(s) and menus that suit the course events, allocated budget, and participants’ preferences.

Catering (Logistics Planning):

a. Conduct site visit to any new offsite course venue.

b. Ensure the catering area is set up aesthetically pleasing and functional.

c. Ensure the catering area is promptly cleaned up, disposed of waste, and reinstated to original condition.

Procurement & Logistic Support (Materials and Supplies):

a. Procure and securely store training materials & stationery

b. Ensure timely delivery of the materials to ensure trainers can deliver training programs efficiently.

c. Prepare Course Logistics Material for course participants.

• The WSHC’s performance for the Project shall be monitored and when performedunsatisfactorily, the personnel shall be suspended for Services from the Project.
• Proper protective wear must be worn at all times when site staff us on site.
• Supervise the safe execution of the works and maintain excellent site safety and housekeeping records.
• Check all relevant drawings and method statements to ensure that works are planned and carried out with compliance to safety regulations as stipulated by the
• Ministry of Manpower. Be part of the project's Safety Management Committee to review Contractor’ssafety policies and procedures.
• Work with CAG and Contractor to review the risk assessment during each phase of construction and present them to CAG’s Safety Action Group to ensure that measures to be taken in the approved risk assessment are implemented on site.
• Conduct investigation on any safety infringement or accident on site and prepare safety reports.
• Ensure that all site excavation and hot works are executed with approved permits and full-time supervision.
• To be familiar with the Airport Operational and Safety (AOS) Requirements.
