Role Summary:

Electrical Engineer is primarily responsible to support all functional areas of Flowserve with regards to digital/electrical products and smart valve technology, troubleshooting returned digital/electrical products, and interacting directly with customers and R&D team to finalize the RCA reports.

Responsibilities:

·       Evaluate issues that arise in production of digital/electrical products (positioner and electrical actuators) and drive resolution.

·       Provide support in evaluating failed digital/electrical products returned from the field.

Role Summary:

The Coordinator will overview and support the end to end execution of the logistics operations performed by and for the Flowserve sites under his/her purview. In his/her capacity, the Logistics Analyst will report to the Global Director Logistics and will be responsible for the operational and financial performances of the Flowserve sites under his purview in the APAC region. While focus is on the successful end-to-end execution of logistics operation, the logistics analyst will also work with the logistics providers to ensure all resources and capacity will be optimally used to support Flowserve and its customers achieving best-in-industry logistics standard. The logistics analyst will also act as the liaison between the site shipping department, the site supply chain team, the logistics providers’ teams and the Global Logistics team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Lead/Coordinate Inbound, outbound and Third party logistics operations.
• Support and provide guidance to logistics personnel on site ensuring global logistics recommendations, guidance, procedures and policies are followed up at all times.
• Act as a liaison between local providers / site and global logistics team site ensuring global logistics recommendations, guidance, procedures and policies are followed up at all times.
• Solve logistics related issues using Root Causes / Counter measures model (RCCM)

Role Summary: This position is responsible for design drafting of pump components, layouts & preparation of Bill of material

Responsibilities:
- Performs work that is varied and complex, under direct supervision. Consistently applies knowledge of functional concepts and prior experience to work assignments.
- Gather all relevant information for each assignment, review all the inputs, understand scope of work, and complete the assigned task by meeting or exceeding customer expectation.
- Timely update status to all the stake holders.
- Follow established engineering standards and procedures for product design to produce consistent and reliable results.
- Check each design for compliance to job specifications; design form, fit, and function; safety in assembly, maintenance, and operation; method and ease of manufacture; method and ease of assembly. Perform self-checking.
- Deliver clear and complete drawings/analysis reports/ documentation/part list, as per the deliverables of the assignment, ensuring On-time delivery and quality.
- Understand the basic functions of documentation control, document preservation and computer filing
- Maintain and develop technical and other interpersonal skills, always in full compliance with company policies, using the resources productively and innovatively.

Requirements:
- Excellent ability to read and understand engineering drawings/documents
- Proficient in 3D modelling (Solidworks) and 2D drafting
- Must be conversant with GD&T and drafting standard ANSI Y 14.5
- Hands on experience in pump assembly, repair and servicing is an advantage

Role Summary:

This role is part of the site Order Engineering team responsible for selecting and designing instrumentation for equipment packages in accordance with customer order specifications, national and international standards, and internal procedures.  The incumbent coordinates and plans the work with other engineering functions in order to meet the complete and on time issue of contractual documents. The Instrumentation Engineer performs instrumentation engineering activities and directs the cost, on time efforts of engineering job activities in accordance with quality requirements.

Responsibilties:

• Support proposal activities include conducting pre-engineering work, determine technical scope, engineering labor, risk analysis and/or make equipment selection outside of eCPQ
• Review project specification from the order transfer file
•  Perform instrumentation engineering activities including P&ID, Instrument
Datasheets, Block Diagram, Logic Diagram, Cause and Effect Diagram, Instrument Schedules and Wiring diagrams in accordance with customer requirements, company`s objectives and policies.
• Support production by providing tactical advice and guidance on specification
deviations and waivers and other activities where required.
• Develop and support test plan for the subsystem and complete system
• Provide commissioning and warranty support as required.

• Review complete technical documentation package to validate product performance against customer requirements and suggests modifications where required

• Complete technical fulfilment of job requirements
• Meet project timelines for engineering documentation and gathers approvals at the first issue
• Ensure customer satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness of customer documentation
• Provide rework or resubmittal documentation in agreed upon cycles to obtain
approvals

Requirement:

• Engineering degree in Electrical and instrumentation or equivalent and/or 2+ years related experience.

Role Summary:

Independently design, develop and validate CNC programs for a range of metal cutting machine tools. Accountable for CNC program safety, quality, OTD and process efficiency. Be tasked with production support such as machine and process trouble shooting.

Position Description:

This position will support the quality assurance and control activities for the site’s nuclear quality program in compliance to applicable nuclear regulatory requirements.  This position will report to the site’s Quality Manager.  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support site nuclear quality program implementation and compliance.
• Compliance monitoring of nuclear product manufacturing QC (incoming, in-process and final inspection) and QA activities.
• RCA/CAPA management for nuclear product nonconformities and escapes.
• Support PAPP for nuclear product suppliers.
• Engage in nuclear Project specification reviews and ITP development.
• Engage in nuclear product performance test activities.
• Nuclear Project Quality Document oversight
• Engage in Site Nuclear Quality Program internal auditing
• Support Nuclear Regulatory and Customer Quality Audits

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing.) and minimum 12 years of overall work experience in quality of which minimum 4 years in nuclear quality role.
• Strong knowledge in AERB/SC/QA) Quality Assurance Program Requirements
• Proven technical specification review experience (Inspection test plan, Engineering drawing, CS drawing).
• Knowledge in measuring instruments required. 
• QMS (ISO-9001) and supplier quality experience.
• Must have excellent communication, influencing and collaborative skills.
• Strong experience in PFEMA and Control Plan execution
• MS-Office experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior quality experience in rotary equipment (pumps, valves) manufacturing.
• ASME BPVC Section III and ASME NQA-1 experience
• Quality certification applicable for the nuclear products/market.
• QMS Lead Auditor Certified

Role Summary

In this role you will report into the Supervisor, Engineering. You will be part of an exciting new team that will provide technical assistance to Sales and Marketing, Production and Field support for new and redesigned products.  You will be writing technical reports and training material.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team to design, model, fabricate, and test new process systems and test systems in a thorough and timely manner.

• Provide engineering with documentation for bills of material, product support, and product line extensions.  

• Deliver technical assistance to Sales and Marketing for new products. 

• Provide production and field support of new and redesigned products throughout the product life cycle. 

• Provide technical support to all areas of Flowserve regarding digital products and smart valve technology.

• Write technical reports and training materials and keep laboratory documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics or Electronics and Communication.

• Minimum of 5 year of experience in Electrical/Electronic engineering (Embedded Hardware and related technology).

• Sound knowledge in evaluating the issues that arise in production and drive resolution. Assist in evaluating failed units returned from the field. 

• Evaluate and adopt the latest in new technology and research when applicable. 

• Assist manufacturing with new production.  

• Proficiency with computer software design tools (word processor, spreadsheet, internet, CAD,). 

• The ability to diagnose problems through the application of theory and testing. 

• Instrumentation experience and knowledge.
