* Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.

The Physician is a recognized medical authority who provides highly complex and challenging training to FAA employees, Physician/Medical Officer, various professionals, and other aviation personnel, and performs Quality Assurance (QA) review activities under the general supervision/ direction of a manager. The Medical Officer Trainer/QA ensures that trainees are familiar with appropriate policies and procedures regarding the granting and denying of medical certification, withdrawing Special Issuances, authorizing Medical Flight Tests (MFT), affirming validity of certificates issued by designated Aviation Medical Examiners, or requesting additional information to substantiate the issuance or denial of medical certificates.
