You will be part of the Legal & Compliance Operations (L&Co) team which is in charge of supporting the various Legal & Compliance teams (e.g. litigation, corporate affairs, compliance, export control, IP) performing their activities. Your challenges:

• You will be leading the Technology and IT activities of the L&C function (including defining/updating and implementing every year the function’s technology and IT roadmap).

• You will supervise IT initiatives raised by the function (e.g. new tool request), ensure alignment with L&C technology and IT roadmap and with various Airbus processes (IT, Security, Procurement, Finance), ensure that the timeline of the projects is complied with (as much as possible) and that costs are managed (cost split, no cost overrun, etc.).

• You will prepare and monitor the function IT budget and OP together with the IT function.

• You will be the focal point for any IT group wide initiative impacting the function (e.g. Google Workspace deployment, Business Owned Tools management, Crisis management for the function tools).

• You will align with IT to perform existing tools updates/upgrades when required.

• You will act as Business owner of TeamConnect (ebilling and matter management solution dedicated to law firms) and Airbus Investigation Platform (in-sourced data collection and review platform), i.e.

  • Tools related budget, invoicing, contracts are managed in due time

  • Key issues escalated

  • Manage both tools evolution and

  • ensure that both tools documentation is up to date.

• You will manage the functional administrator of L&C tools and technology based in Airbus Portugal. This team member, to be hired in Q3 2023, will perform support of TeamConnect, TAP (ticketing system for legal requests) and Trustarc (privacy management system).

• More generally, you would also be able to support the HO L&Co in initiating, running and delivering function level (L&C) projects improving the team members’ working experience (ways of working, organization, communication)

Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Quality Manager is responsible for the organization's performance improvement activities related to the quality of patient care and safety. Manages regulatory agency compliance functions consistent with administrative, medical staff and board approved plans. Ensures data collection and reporting meets state, federal and regulatory agency guidelines. Direct implementation, administration, and analysis of clinical outcomes and service data trends; compare performance to established standards; identify variances and undesirable performance; recommend and monitor strategies for improvement; report findings and make recommendations to appropriate oversight bodies, including medical executive committee, quality improvement committee, and patient safety committee. Oversee core measure abstraction and ensure timely submission. Develop, implement, and monitor hospital-wide continued readiness activities for regulatory survey preparation, follow-up, tracking and reporting to assure continual compliance with Joint Commission standards, as well as federal and state regulations such as CMS, OK DHS, OK DHS Office of Juvenile Oversight, OK Dept of Health, and ODMHSAS. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of information as required by regulatory agencies. Oversee annual Joint Commission self-assessment process (i.e. FSA, ICM). Manage process to ensure entity specific policies and procedures are kept current and in compliance with relevant standards of care and regulations. Interfaces with Epic IT team to develop documentation and workflows to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care furnished. This includes: intake/admissions screening, psychosocial assessment/reassessment, high social risk case finding, continuity of care, discharge planning, and exchange of appropriate information with sources outside the hospital. Collaborates closely with manager of nursing and other clinical managers to ensure staff training and educational activities ensure organization's quality of patient care standards and compliance with regulatory standards. Manages the variance reporting system in Verge, including grievances and complaints, to investigate and implement corrective action plans to improve quality. Coordinates the physician peer review process in conjunction with the executive manager and medical executive committee. Manages human and material resources. Budget plans are completed in a timely fashion with analysis of cost reduction. Continuously monitors overall utilization of resources and Manages corrective action related to fiscal management. Collaborate with entity clinical leadership and provide consultative services to other system behavioral units regarding state and federal regulations, data collection, submission and reporting. Conduct regular visits to offsite locations to ensure safety and quality processes are established. Interface with the credentialing coordinators at Warren Clinic and Saint Francis Health System to ensure hospital privileging and provider enrollment is conducted in a timely and accurate manner to ensure all regulations and provider contract requirements are met. Serve as the LPCH administrative point of contact for the LPCH Medical Executive Committee and Credentials Committee.

About the Opportunity

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Northeastern University Research Enterprise Services (NU-RES) Director of Research Operations and Systems and with support of senior level NU-RES team members, the Data Quality and Research Administration Analytics Manager (“Data Manager”) is responsible for developing and executing local data governance strategies, managing data quality, building and driving digital initiatives that support the research enterprise, and improving the analytical value of data related to the university’s research enterprise.  They will focus on client engagement and internal operational efficiencies to implement data governance policies, procedures, processes, and standards and work with a variety of university partners to identify opportunities to improve data quality across the university’s global research network. 

The Data Manager is responsible for information system management and best practice standards to improve data quality across NU-RES applications (e.g., eCD eCLAWs ePAWs), which includes analyzing data collection workstreams, creating processes and procedures, recommending new policies, and monitoring the collection and storage of NU-RES data; they will work closely with the NU-RES Director of Research Operations and Systems and eRA Systems Manager on implementing NU-RES’s digital strategy through evaluation of enterprise data standards, technology, and processes.

The Data Manager is responsible for educating and training end-users on sound data quality standards and internal control practices, fostering a culture of quality client service; assessing and interpreting data in support of operational excellence and data-driven decision making by senior leadership.

The Data Manager will evaluate how digital governance of research data impacts data quality and will work to maximize the value of analytics and innovation to transform the university’s data reporting capabilities, while encouraging the adoption of contemporary methods, practices, and measurement outcomes, producing consistent and accurate information.

15% - Digital Governance, Improvement and Training: Troubleshoot discrepancies and delegate to the appropriate personnel for correction. Consult with functional and technical staff and data stewards about meaning, use, reliability, and maintenance of data elements. Contribute to continuous process improvement in report analysis and trending methods. Manage and maintains all data governance and data quality related documentation. In this exciting role you will join the NCR Voyix Digital Banking development and innovation team. The focus of the role is to provide quality assurance to the next generation of mobile and internet banking systems. This role will be primarily software assurance using advanced tools. This is a great role for an opportunity in the technology field and someone who desires to work with cutting edge technologies. 

As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will be part of a team defining and developing proof of concept designs with banking customers to apply advanced technologies to drive the next generation of customer experiences in banking. The ability to work with a diverse development team, help create novel solutions and communicate new concepts is a critical requirement of the role. 

This is a hands-on position demanding research and evaluation of new technologies. In this key role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance practices across new digital banking platforms.  While using advance tools, you will be challenged to continually adapt innovative testing strategies and toolsets to support major industry technology implementations.

Key Job functions:

• Do the functional/manual testing, regression testing
• Mentor other QA Engineers & Contract Personnel on D3 Best Practices
• Lead QA Engineering Efforts spanning multiple teams
• Design test strategies to align with business risk and technology goals
• Design detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and testing related project work
• Develop test scenarios using test tools and QA best practices
• Identify, document and track variances in design, requirements and functionality
• Use advance automation test tools for use in future implementations

• Liaise with internal teams such as product managers and client support teams to ensure a quality customer experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant software testing experience
• Expertise in managing test plans and cases using test management tools
• Experience is managing quality related efforts within an Agile based software development methodology

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in using the following tools: Jira, Jenkins, SoapUI, Postman, Tosca, UFT, Selenium
• Associate degree in computer science, project management or strong working experience in software QA process

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Reform

• Participate as Secretariat team member of the Curriculum Reform Committee (CRC) and its sub-groups and ensuring effective collaboration and implementation of curriculum reforms.

• Organise CRC and its sub-groups meetings and providing administrative and logistical support

• Assist in the preparation, compilation and dissemination of CRC and its sub-groups meeting package including meeting papers and slide deck

• Assist Chair, CRC in the conduct of meetings

Curriculum Documentation

Job Description

The Poveda lab is seeking a temporary research technician to assist with data collection, sample processing, and specimen management for projects related with seed corn maggot biology and control. The elected candidate will assist in different tasks that allow the identification of sustainable tools for monitoring, controlling, and assessing the risk of this pest in New York State. Primary duties for these projects will include identifying flies on sticky cards, scouring seeds for seed corn maggot damage, preparing materials for the field season, helping set up bioassays, and taking data in the field and the lab. You have to be prepared to work under field conditions, which can vary from extreme cold to heat, for long periods. This is a full time, 39 hour per week position with an anticipated end date of June 16, 2024.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience related to laboratory, greenhouse, or fieldwork, data entry/management, and the ability to drive a vehicle. Preferred candidates will have experience with insect identification and sustainable management in crops.
