1. As an AFIMSC Project Manager (PM), executes projects for substantial new construction, renovations, and improvements for real property facilities, encompassing highly specialized or unique requirements, in accordance with all DoD, Air Force, international agreements, and applicable host nation laws and regulations.
2. Collaborates with engineers, scientists, and other expert personnel at federal agencies, higher headquarters (HQ USAF, AF MAJCOMs, and FOAs) installation organizations, host nation agencies, other military services, and private organizations to ensure effective identification, evaluation, and provide a unique solution to complex engineering project management issues.
3. Provides resource management support.
4. Provides technical expertise to activities, staff, installations, and other organizations in order to resolve difficult/unusual facilities planning, design, construction, and/or maintenance problems/issues.
5. Communicates critical issues to staff agencies, installations, and superiors.

• You will lead multi-disciplinary teams of design and construction engineers that both design facility projects and oversee construction.
• You will determine work priorities for employees to ensure performance to plan goals are met.
• You will lead design staff in performing project management roles for the project (scope, cost, and schedule) from preliminary design authorization to project closeout.
• You will oversee the development of plans and specifications, design-build Requests for Proposals (RFPs), cost engineering and consultation services to primarily support Category I and II work products.

Positions are located in Whiskeytown National Recreation Area (GS-05 Only), and the Paradise (Longmire) and Sunrise (Enumclaw) areas of Mount Rainier National Park.

MAJOR DUTIES: As a general Park Ranger, you will respond to medical emergencies, be a part of the park's search and rescue cadre to the level of your training and may participate in the park's wildland fire program (if red carded). You interact with visitors in the field and in an office environment, providing information on Leave No Trace ethics, park regulations, wildlife encounters, and general area information. As relationships with outside agencies is critical to operational success, you will help to maintain positive work relationships with local communities, user groups, local and state law enforcement and emergency services, and other resource/cultural based land management agencies. You will provide medical care at the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) level parkwide. You will perform a wide range of duties, including emergency medical services (EMS):

• Operate ambulances and other emergency vehicles in a safe and skilled manner.
• Maintains EMS and rescue equipment in a response-ready state and regularly performs related work projects as assigned during daily shift.
• Performs patient care in a variety of rugged environments involving lifting, moving and carrying for extended periods with exposure to extremes in temperature and uneven terrain.
• Performs search and rescue operations in remote and technical environments, often carrying heavy loads for long distances.
• May perform as a member of a team aboard helicopters during medical evacuations and rescue operations.

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of cleaning tasks to include cleaning guest rooms and areas of the Lodging facility which provides lodging accommodations to transient personnel and their families.

Continued from Summary: Incumbent provides Division with technical support in the identification and validation of contingency repair and facility requirements to address a range of contingencies ranging from natural disaster to manmade or wartime, that threaten our installations and their facilities. Incumbent assists in the identification and validation of facility requirements for major force structure changes and new mission beddowns.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• As command Homeland Defense and Plans Manager, ensures requirement focused allocation and upgrades of ADR equipment, material, and manpower is provided to support PACAF installations and identifies and supports development of new facility construction/ renovation criteria is developed to ensure continuity of operations following a natural disaster, accident or attack on our installation(s).
