Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring manager to define job requirements, qualifications and skills for open positions

• Serve as a Human Resources Specialist in an Army Reserve Battalion or equivalent size unit.
• Conduct analysis of records for appropriate documentation and adherence to Army and United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) requirements.
• Identify program deficiencies and make recommendations for resolution.

Ensures that all HRO programs and operations are administered effectively and in accordance with broadly stated objectives and priorities.
• Supports the CHCO in the planning, development, implementation, and overall direction of comprehensive Corporate Human Resources (HR) programs and policies. The Human Capital Program Manager:

• Is responsible for managing the development and implementation of departmental human capital and strategic workforce planning products and initiatives.
