The regional program includes more than 50 safety contacts identified for parks, ranging from approximately 20 fulltime safety managers to 30+ employees with collateral safety responsibilities, to Superintendents filling a safety leadership role, as well as regional safety contacts and specialists in a variety of other disciplines.

Major duties and responsibilities include:
