We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Surveyor to lead and manage home investment works, cyclical maintenance, major repairs, and project delivery. The successful candidate will ensure homes meet the needs of our customers, providing a foundation for them and their families to thrive.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of home investment activities, ensuring they’re aligned with service targets, KPI’s and budgetary requirements. Sourcing contractors and/or subcontractors to work on the construction stage of the project.

Measuring and valuing the work done on site.

Sealing with financial and legal problems.

Paying subcontractors.

Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers

Requirements

Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying, although other equivalent qualifications may be accepted (HNC/HND)

Members of a relevant professional body e.g. CICES, RICS

Experienced in working on Projects with a minimum value of £5 Million

Full UK Driving Licence
