The job role

- Maintain a high profile around the development / office, ensure our residents are checked within our requirements.
- In the event of an emergency, call the appropriate response team or authorities.
- Carry out daily checks ensuring the building is safe and secure, keeping all communal areas, gardens and grounds clean and maintained through effective management of contractors.
- Be responsible for all works being completed, raising orders, managing contractors, monitoring progress and signing off completion.
- Arrange cover for holidays and illness where necessary
- Help build a sense of community by encouraging and supporting a Social Committee to plan and run social events for all residents.
- Build and maintain links with residents family members, local authorities; Doctors, Social Workers, Health Authority etc as required and appropriate.
- Maintain records in line with internal procedures, ensure all data is protected and kept secure at all times.
- Assist with sales listed with our partner company Retirement Homesearch, make new residents feel welcome and help them settle in; where possible being present to welcome them.
- Work across your local peer team of Estate Managers for advice and day to day support and travel to team / company meetings on a monthly / annual basis
- Complete your continuous professional development training and attend all training events/meetings as directed by your Area Manager and Human Resources.
- Recognise the needs of your team to deliver services appropriately, identifying areas for improvement, setting action plans aligned to the business strategy. Implementing change, manage risks and impact and monitor results. Encourage and promote your employees profile around the development, provide professional advice and guidance to all customers and employees. Encourage and support your team coaching and guiding them through change with developmental impact. Actively work with them to enhance the customer experience for residents.

Our client is seeking a Surveyor/Project Manager to deliver exceptional design solutions to a number of educational and commercial clients. We are looking for a driven individual, who is focused on building lasting relationships with clients, helping them to bring their visions to life. You will take ownership of project outcomes and meet project requirements, whilst managing programmes and budgets. You will be responsible for managing a multitude of project types, for both minor and major works, from inception to completion and maintaining client relationships post project.

We are looking for an individual who has a strong technical background, can communicate in a clear and engaging manner and has the ability to be flexible.

As our Regional Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall technical management and delivery of the company's maintenance & refurbishment programmes to all sites within a Group Property region; providing detailed technical, estates and energy support to specifically allocated sites.

Providing general support to the Property department and Regional Operations Teams / Directors on all Technical related matters. Ensure that capital expenditure is aligned to the wider company strategy and the prioritisation plans.

As our Regional Property Manager, you will:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties within the designated region.
• Develop and implement property-specific business plans to optimise income, reduce costs, and maximize ROI.
• Oversee the management of all site refurbishment projects and carry out the detailed management of projects on specifically allocated sites.
• Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to maintain and enhance the physical condition of the properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Handle and resolve inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
• Review and analyse financial statements and budgets for each property, making recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain a strong network of vendors, contractors, and service providers.

To succeed as the Regional Property Manager, we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse financial data and develop budgets.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

As a Real Time Scheduling Manager you'll bring experienced in delivering Real Time scheduling management to a large scale Business Services department (Customer Service Centre and omni-channel) in a complex and fast-paced environment. You are Professional and confident, with excellent management and communication skills. Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

This is an exciting new position that will support Nuffield Health's Business Services Department to efficiently coordinate the Real Time Scheduling management of calls and omni-channel activity. As a Manager, the role holder will lead the Real Time team effectively and develop a range of processes to optimise agent performance. They will consider the customer journey, maximising efficiencies, developing relevant management information (MI) and dashboards that enable continued monitoring of call handler utilisation.

As our Real Time Scheduling Manager you will:

• Facilitate the delivery of consistently high levels of customer service to all Nuffield Health clients, achieving or exceeding the KPI's set.

• Work closely with the Forecast Planning and MI Manager to optimise call routing processes across Business Services, ensuring that calls are being answered within Service Level Agreements

• Make real time decisions on how to best route calls depending on the circumstances and customer demand.

• Work with external providers to maximise the potential of existing offerings to ensure full benefits are realised, develop team knowledge and maintain consistent working relationships with clear dialogue

• Develop accurate and visual MI to narrate the real time performance of Business Services, utilising a combination of both historical MI and real-time dashboards.

• Appropriately escalate any risks to resource or delivery of Business Service, whilst giving resolution possibilities within an action plan.

• Adhere to data protection principles, as well as ensuring all information (whether patient or organisation specific) is treated sensitively and confidentially.

• Support the Head of Customer Services, Senior Customer Operations Managers and team leaders to ensure that the team collectively achieve agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
