• The incumbent facilitates major initiatives by providing subject matter expertise on asset valuation and program tools for the management of the National Capital Region’s real estate portfolio. • Serves as a subject matter expert for cost estimating, life-cycle cost analysis, cost modeling and the development of cost databases, risk management, and operational research.

Major duties include but are not limited to:

- Act as the Director's principal advisor regarding policy and program matters pertaining to enforcement activities undertaken according to Title I of ERISA In so doing, provides leadership and direction in the formulation, development, and execution of the functional responsibilities of the Office of Enforcement; the establishment of Agency objectives; in the evaluation of achievements and corrections of inadequacies in the Agency's enforcement program; in the review and recommendation of plans and programs designed to ensure the enforcement of ERISA mandates; and in the establishment and maintenance of inter- and intra-agency liaison.

• The incumbent serves as Director for Cyber Operations, directs and oversees projects and activities that support unclassified and classified systems and major cybersecurity operations, including applications and solutions, for NA-IM's cybersecurity efforts.

As a Program Manager you will:
- Provide vision, leadership, and direction to Office of Infrastructure, Infrastructure Policy and Controls employees by communicating NA-90 infrastructure goals, priorities, and actions.
- Be responsible for leading NA-90's program management processes including budget formulation and execution; baseline change control and performance reporting; risk management; coordination and completion of the annual update to the NA-90 Program Management Plan.
- Lead contract management support to NA-90 Program Managers such as coordinating procurement forecasts and actions and serve as the NA-90 Small Business POC.

As an Operations Manager you will:

• Review work performed in program areas to ensure compliance with performance standards and general operating guidelines; assure that specific services provided to buildings tenants are responsive to customer needs and in compliance with levels of service, contract provisions and established codes and standards; develop, implement and monitor programs related to tenant safety and comfort, such as energy conservation, safety, and fire and security protection; oversees technical service operations (e. g. building construction and modification); conduct periodic inspections of buildings and equipment to determine need and timing of repairs and submit required reports to the Field Office Manager, PMD Director and/or Deputy Director.
