The role

As a Facilities Management Assistant you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The person in this role will ensure all hard and soft FM queries are directed and actioned promptly in line with the in-house processes & procedures.

Day to day you'll use appropriate tools and equipment in a safe manner in order not to harm user or others, as well as:

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
• Report issues in an agreed prompt manner to the site supervisory team.
• Limit use of a computer for emails and to upload work, (training will be given)
• Carry out inspections on equipment to ensure it is serviceable and compliant.
• Help to maintain the buildings to current legislation and ensure a safe working environment.

This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Cranwell.

IT PROJECT DELIVERY
SALARY - £45,000 + BONUS
LOCATION - SCUNTHORPE
Your new role
The role will suit a strong Manager who thrives on creating a high performing team and has previous experience of delivering outstanding service to clients / customers. Taking full responsibility for the wider Professional Services and IT Operations Teams you will be the figurehead of a Team of 10+ who will ensure the high-quality delivery of IT solutions into the Customer base.
What you'll need to succeed
Having the ability to Inspire, Lead, Coach and Develop your Team will be as important as your Tech knowledge and background. The role would suit someone with strong Project Management experience and someone who can demonstrate Team Management abilities.
Key skills and daily duties will include;

• 1-2-1 Individual Training with each Team Member - Assigning Tasks, setting Goals & monitoring performance
• Evaluate & Improve Operational Processes
• Implement Best Practices
• Allocate & Manage resources to meet Project demands
• Generate regular reports - Team performance, project status, key metrics
• Project Management experience (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall)
• Outstanding Customer Service skills

What you’ll be doing day to day…A key challenge for this role is the need to build trusting relationships with the Business Unit you partner with, allowing honest and challenging conversations to happen and improve performance and decision making.A further challenge for this role is having a deep understanding of what drives profitability on a wide variety of assets, at different stages of their lifecycle and with different operating models.The role is a key link between the Business Unit and other experts in the finance team whereas the Finance Business Partner you will ensure that the Business Unit adheres to processes that impact underlying financial data accuracy, provide financial advice and guidance to the business but will know when to consult with specialists and escalate complex issues.
- Partner with a segment/ division of the Business Unit and deliver pertinent analysis to improve their financial performance on spaces such as cash flow and profitability.
- Constructively challenge the segment/ division of the Business Unit and provide innovative solutions to lead to financial and operational improvements being made.
- Manage the relationship between the Finance department and the Business Unit areas to ensure that the needs of both areas are mutually understood, and processes are delivered efficiently.
- Support risk management by ensuring business risks are recorded, assessed and monitored (including mitigations).
- Assist the development of financial forecasts for segment/ division of the Business Unit and ensure the forecasts are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
- Understand the P&L, net investment, FTE, MWs, capacities reporting and risk and opportunities for the segment/ division of the Business Unit.
- Monitor the segment/ division of the Business Unit’s compliance with key processes (e.g. integrity and assurance on project costs).What do you need to be great at this role?
You must have an accounting qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with one to two years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role in addition to experience of presenting detailed financial information to finance and non-finance audiences, adapting the message accordingly.
You will also be familiar with SAP, Power BI & Anaplan.
- You will ideally have experience of the Renewable energy or professional services.
- Able to provide robust but diplomatic challenge to managers, based on evidence and analysis.

A well established mechanical and electrical building services contractor is seeking a Electrical Project Manager to join their team. The well established company is family owned with a fantastic reputation, giving them repeated work from varying clients including; educational, recreational and public sector

Your new role
You will be working as an Electrical Project Manager in a modular based construction factory in Hull with installations occurring across the UK. The split between Hull and installation work is typically a 50/50 split. This role will need someone in strength of electrical knowledge in site management but also in office related duties. The clients in which you will be catering for are varied and include; MOD, Commercial and accommodation.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have strong electrical knowledge in a project management capacity. This will include suitable electrical qualifications, preferably with site management qualifications e.g. SSSTS.

What you\'ll get in return

You will be offered a salary of £40,000 - £55,000 + Car/Car Allowance. You will have 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
