About the Role
We are seeking a Consultant with expertise in media and influencer relations for the Thailand market. The ideal candidate is bright, inquisitive, and self-driven, eager to contribute to a dynamic and diverse team. In this role, you will support storytelling efforts within the digital media space, focusing on the Thailand market. A strong command of the Thai language and a deep understanding of the local media and influencer landscape are essential.
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative self-starter who is passionate about marketing communications, particularly in the consumer lifestyle sector.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive tactical plans incorporating traditional and digital elements
- Understand top-tier media/influencer targets in Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand and update media lists accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with key media and influencers; proactively engage with media relevant to client businesses
- Secure media placements and conduct media outreach, research, and follow-ups
- Monitor traditional and digital outlets for client news coverage, industry trends, and competitor developments
- Draft media materials aligned with program strategy, ensuring attention to detail and factual accuracy
- Manage event logistics from planning to execution
- Stay updated on trends in digital communications
Requirements
- Professional-level fluency in Thai (both written and spoken)
- 1-3 years of experience in a PR/marketing agency or similar environment
- In-depth knowledge of the media and influencer landscape in Thailand
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior for content consumption
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of industry trends and ability to contribute to brainstorming and strategy development
- Established relationships with media/influencers and the ability to identify new partners
