The post holder will ensure the highest quality of service delivery in terms of the care, support and health & safety within the homes our children reside in that meets Ofsted’s minimum quality standards.

The post holder will contribute in ensuring placement stability for children in our care, as well as ensuring all homes provider’s compliance documents and policies are gathered, reviewed and kept securely.

What you'll do

This role will see you providing electronic trading risk expertise to enhance our global risk and control framework. We’ll look to you to review and assess our adherence to the relevant electronic trading policies, and assist with administering the electronic trading governance structure.

Your other key responsibilities will include:

• Investigating and responding to electronic trading risk issues, internal reviews and regulatory inquiries
• Performing independent real time monitoring of algorithmic trading activity
• Assessing existing automated controls for established and emerging risks, identifying gap and weaknesses in the control environment
• Delivering regulatory remediation in the electronic trading space
• Identifying and mitigating non-market risks inherent in the electronic trading businesses
• Collaborating with business risk managers to deliver the risk and control agenda for the business

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need operational experience in an electronic trading business together with knowledge of financial services businesses, including investment banking. We’d also like you to hold a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics degree, or appropriate analytical qualifications.

You’ll also need:

• Knowledge of financial services risk and control at different levels of an organisation
• A clear track record of delivery and the ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• The ability to think strategically and to develop targeted and intelligent solutions which are appropriate for the business

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Customer Care & Quality Team responsible for logging all defects and ensuring correct policies, procedures and requirements are in place to ensure the best quality new home for customers at the point of handover from delivery.

The role is responsible for benchmark snagging and handover standards, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the standards are met and defects resolved in a timely manner. What we are looking for: Ideal candidate will have experience delivering excellent customer service in a customer focused organisation. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, comfortable with working in a fast paced environment and proven ability to lead and manage a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of Customer Care & Quality Executives ensuring KPIs, objectives and targets are met
• Work closely with Delivery Team to ensure contractors are being managed to complete works within the agreed timescales
• Motivate, inspire, coach and develop individuals to achieve outstanding performance through personal leadership style and behaviour
• Responsible for setting and documenting the handover Standards agreed in the Employer Requirements and working with
• Delivery to ensure these are met

Undertake, and support others to undertake, detailed incident investigations using a robust and clear process, in line with the patient Safety Strategy (National) which focuses on Human Factors Ergonomics (HFE), system and process service improvements. Assume the role as overall lead for the umbrella of governance requirements within maternity, linking with gynaecology and neonatal services to ensure a whole picture approach to governance. To ensure quality and safety is embedded within the clinical areas including the dissemination of risk, audit, learning from excellence complaints and trends are shared. Provide expert, visible leadership and expert advice on clinical effectiveness, patient safety and quality and co-ordinate all aspects of clinical governance. Promote a Just, learning, and restorative culture. Participate in the Maternity Lead On-Call Rota.
