The post is responsible for

• developing quality of services in Bury within that are registered with CQC.
• managing contracts for a portfolio of services within a commissioning work area (e.g. older people, learning disabilities and autism etc).
• collaborating with other departments as necessary, especially with NHS staff and finance, legal and procurement, and with Providers to ensure that quality is understood on an integrated service delivery basis and that contracts are issued promptly and monitored effectively
• contributing to the implementation of commissioning strategies for people and services within this work area
• leading on the preparation and collation of information to support and maintain the development of quality services in Bury and to support the contract monitoring process.

An excellent team player, you will have experience of building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of people including customers, relatives, carers and Providers. You will have experience of working with external Providers, including effectively managing poor performance by a provider of services, to ensure positive outcomes for both the customer and provider. You will have experience of negotiating effectively, and are used to using your own initiative.

As Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality of new homes, with a focus on function, building form and building construction. We are looking for someone with knowledge in the construction of new buildings, on large scale estates and regeneration schemes incorporating sustainable construction elements. You will require the experience and knowledge to review the progress of all elements of contracts with contractors’ design responsibility. You will require a sound understanding of construction process including trades and materials.

In addition to the above, you also will have the ability to identify and resolve multiple issues to ensure the highest level of contract compliance. You will be familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, checking them and using them as a reference when inspecting the work. An attention to detail when checking work and materials is essential.

You will need to be computer literate and be able input and retrieve data from computer management systems. This appointment will require a combination of both site and office based activity.

Part of this role will entail meeting customers in their new home, which will require on occasions that you are able to work in the evening or on a Saturday. You will need a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle on a daily basis as this role requires the post holder to be mobile (travelling to various sites).

It is essential that you are a first class communicator with experience of dealing face to face with customers and the issues they raise, ensuring they fully understand the solutions available. You will be able to liaise effectively with contractors, specialist sub-contractors, residents, and our own technical and housing management staff.

Data Quality Officer

Job Overview:

As a Credit Control Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Control department, playing a key role in supporting the business through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, particularly in a SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that systems and processes meet business requirements by running test cases, logging defects using DevOps, and collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and retest issues.
