• Process and manage purchase orders to manufacturers/ suppliers
• Follow up on shipments and production schedules, shipment clearance and inventory control
• Issue of purchase order with correct shipping/ delivery term and pricing
• Follow up to ensure best payment terms is granted by manufacturer/ supplier
• Check on order process and schedules with manufacturer/ supplier and arrangement of shipment clearance for storage
• Perform Good Receive in SAP and validate supplier invoices
• Coordinate import shipments and check customs documents

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec or above
• Minimum 2 year of purchasing/ sales support experience
• Proficient in SAP software
