Role Description

This is a Freelance remote role for a Course Developer at WeWe Talent. The Course Developer will be responsible for:

• instructional design
• curriculum development
• analytical skills
• and course development on a day-to-day basis.

Your talent will be sourced to our client's platform.

• Create high quality visual content, including photos and videos, to support Plaza Senayan’s social media strategy.
• Capture engaging contents for events, promotions, and daily activities, as well as editing and optimizing the materials for various digital platforms.

• Develop and manage Plaza Senayan’s social media strategies to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts.
• Lead coordination with tenants and external agents for content material production, as well as provide expert advice and creative input in the process.
• Supervise daily management of social media assets and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze daily social media activities, including feeds, comments, and engagement metrics.
• Identify opportunities for social media campaigns and partnerships.

As the Fashion PR Lead & Communications Specialist, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased fashion perception by being responsible of Fashion PR & Showroom development and adapting internal communications to the sales market needs. Key responsibilities

• You are responsible for setting the sales market Fashion PR strategy and tactics, aligning your beliefs together with the PR & Communications Manager.
• Drive execution of activity plans and create results by ensuring sales market objectives in order to strengthen the H&M brand and fashion perception, both short- and long-term.
• Develop and build a network of H&M Ambassadors on a sales market level through maintaining and building a strong local relationship with media, influencers, celebrities & opinion leaders to proactively get earned product placements and present latest collection and news connected to the planned influencer activations together with the Fashion PR & Showroom team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PR:

• Design, write and produce presentations, press releases, articles, journals, speeches, reports, information for the events’ related activities.
• Build positive relationship with stakeholders, media representatives & the public. Deal with and answer inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.
• Generate the media strategy & manage the implemented media plan to drive the best outcomes
• Undertake relevant market and industry research.
• Prepare and supervise the production of promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.

1. Conference:

• Organize promotional activities for the trade events such as press conferences, opening ceremonies, press and VIP tours. 
• Invite the media representatives to the press conferences & follow up the contents.
• Coordinate with marketing team to ensure the operation & administration of specific conferences are delivered efficiently
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
• Conduct pre- and post- conference evaluations and report on outcomes. Analyse feedback from speakers and delegates.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a dynamic media relations team that spearheads strategic and integrated communications efforts to profile NParks and Singapore - our City in Nature. Specifically, you will be developing and implementing plans and initiatives to create awareness of NParks and a greater appreciation of its projects, programmes and causes.  You will work closely with the media to explore fresh angles and develop interesting stories.  Apart from drafting media releases, talking points and speeches, you will also be expected to anticipate, propose and manage responses to issues concerning the organization through various publicity platforms.  Beyond media relations, you will also have opportunities to work on various content deliverables such as videos, webinars and long form articles for both NParks and external platforms. As a key member of the NParks communications team, you will also play an active role in providing communications consul on corporate events in addition to other public communications projects.

Requirements

• Areas of study:  Mass Communications, Marketing, English, English Literature, Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 1-year relevant integrated communications experience

• Possess strong background in media relations, social media, issues, crisis and event management

• Meticulous with an eye for detail

• A flair and passion for writing

• A good team player

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of English
