Major Duties:
On a recurring basis, operates farm-type tractors and towed or attached equipment to maintain grounds and road medians and/or perform farming functions. The incumbent frequently operates towed or attached equipment from the seat of the tractor through hydraulic or mechanical controls.

Equipment operated may include mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, chippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, front-end loading devices, movable dozer blades, and backhoes. This equipment may be powered by direct drive or a power takeoff. Work may involve taking multiple mechanical and hydraulic connections between the towed or attached equipment and the tractor and make numerous equipment adjustments. Incumbent works on level or rolling terrain in such areas as open fields, parks, orchards, lawns, and along roadways.

As required, uses the fertilizer spreader to apply fertilizers as needed during the year. utilizes the aerator as needed on established turf. Uses auger, when needed to bore holes as required. Pulls plowing disc, to break dirt crust as needed. May level ground to give an even grade within boundaries as required.

• You will evaluate, interpret and integrate all-source intelligence and open-source information and/or independently evaluates collection systems solutions in support of the intelligence production process.

• Review each recorded diagnosis and operation/procedure for accuracy and completeness.
• Determine which anatomical location is most representative and identify and properly code the causative agent for injuries and infections.
• Evaluate the sequence of diagnoses and operations/procedures to provide optimum DRG assignment.
• Engage in conversation with Physicians, Nursing and Utilization Management staff for determining the most correct DRG, procedures and complications.

The incumbent provides the functions related to on-site bui lding management while providing direction to 2 or 3 other building managers who perform the same tasks. Responsible for 4-6 buildings that may house as many as 2,000 residents.Perform inspections of vacant rooms and common areas daily checking for cleanliness and maintenance problems. Conducts other inspections with the Complex Manager, Bachelor Housing Manager and others as needed.Acts as an escort when Public Works or contractors require access to occupied rooms.The incumbent performs various maintenance related actions associated with their assigned buildings. Independently conducts group guidance sessions of a varying nature. This counseling deals with institutional adjustment, U.S. Parole commission, release planning, and interpersonal communications, individual counseling sessions varying in methods and intensity relevant to the individual's problems. They may focus on helping the individual offender understand and live within the complex family circumstances and assist him in developing new adjustment techniques. The Case Manager helps the offender view problems objectively and to deal with them realistically. Routinely deals with community resources to secure information and develop release plans. Prepare special progress reports for such consideration as parole, transfer, restoration of forfeited good time, and makes appropriate recommendations. Corresponds with attorneys, judges, probation and parole officers and other professionals regarding the inmate's case.

Prepares diagnostic studies, responsible for collecting, interpreting and evaluating factual information reflecting developmental and circumstantial factors for the assigned caseload of inmates. Acts in a liaison capacity with other units and institutional employees on matters concerning inmate behavior. Serves as the primary liaison with the U.S. Parole Commission in reporting the inmate's program progress, readiness or lack of readiness for release, and resources in the community relevant to the desirability of his release. Actively develops program planning by presenting cases to the Unit Team and coordinating case management services with other correctional disciplines.
