• Conduct assessments and monitors individuals and groups with the goal of improving foundational health, recovery, and rehabilitation to return to duty.

• Support the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program and employee is a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide full range of professional injury screening and prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to maximize Soldier performance and improve unit readiness.
• Participate in injury control research, analysis and reporting to support H2F program.
• Synthesize rehabilitation or injury surveillance data gathered from H2F activities and creates reports on the effectiveness of H2F program.

The successful applicant will support our customers on their fitness journey, building rapport quickly to engage and educate them on the latest fitness trends and support them through their training as well as ensuring that the gym is kept clean and tidy.

You must hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, relevant HNC or equivalent.

Applicants must have excellent interaction skills. Experience of working within a gym environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
