- Conduct industrial engineering and management studies of varying scope pertaining to processes, procedures, policies, regulations, manpower, equipment, materials, work quality, commercial activities program, and shop and facilities layouts.
- Acts as a DPW Point of Contact (POC) for facility condition and quality; maintains expertise in procedural and software changes, schedules reporting timeline for facility requirements, coordinates with customers following inspections.
- Acts as a SME in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and supporting databases for real property maintenance
- Prepares recurring and one-time management reports, briefings, and responses to higher headquarters taskings which may be used at all echelons, including activity, installation, MACOM, DA, and Department of Defense.
