Purpose:

Support the Head of Social in creating both internal and brand marketing design assets, as well as supporting our social channels
with scheduling, copywriting and carrying out community management for multiple brands in The Compleat Food Group.

Your Duties Will Include:

* Use Adobe Suite to create and edit social media content for all brands, both static and video
* Bring ideas for social and digital branded content creation
* Create assets for internal comms and LinkedIn
* Support with photography/videography shoots
* Work with the Head of Social to develop and execute social content calendars as part of the wider strategic plans for each
brand
* Daily community management
* Plan and schedule branded content using social media management tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign planning and activation:
  • Support the development and implementation of fully integrated campaigns across PR, communications and marketing
  • Draft campaign assets including press releases, media notices, PR and engagement plans
  • Develop campaign creative and supporting assets for earned media, with a strategic focus on aligning with earned and paid channels
  • Lead on one-off seasonal campaign activations where necessary
  • Proactively support in internal campaign creative brainstorms
• Media planning:
  • Drive media coverage for our campaigns and activations
  • Identify and pitch proactive PR ideas to media

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Capel Manor College plays an important role in the organisation, creation and management of engaging marketing and communications content across a range of platforms.
