資格：

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage on-site teams, including contractors, technicians and labourer's, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Identify and attend all defects and seek solutions for rectifications.
• Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
• Carry out any other work assignments as required by the company.

Requirement:

• Diploma. Construction-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related working experience, or fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good written and communication skill
• Able to work in a team
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities:

• Provide lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
• Extend individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
• Produce and share educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.).
• Evaluate and record students' development and provide grades and feedback.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
• Work with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
• Organise and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
• Observe and understand students' behaviour and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.

Job Description

• Purchase Stationery & Pantry supplies
• Collect and keep track of all utility bills
• Liaise with technicians regarding office maintenance matters
• Assist HR with the managing the cash flow record
• Assist HR with an urgent task
• Assist HR in Organizing and scheduling appointments
• Assist HR with a Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist HR with an Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Preparing Claim
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Processing new license application
• Key in all transaction record data in system ILS
• To ensure all data keys in are correctly completed
• Maintaining data census accurate manner
• Checking / uploading documents and picture in system
• Any other related duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Fresh Diploma/STPM/SPM holder are welcome to apply
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
