• Telephone Duties: Handle incoming calls for the bailiff team, answer inquiries, and manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Scheduling and Bookings: Book evictions, gather risk assessments, and organise the Bailiff team's daily run sheets to ensure seamless operation.
• Data Management: Input bailiff returns accurately and use computer applications (training provided) to maintain up-to-date records.
• Payment Processing: Take payments over the phone with attention to detail and professionalism.
• General Office Support: Handle essential administrative duties, including filing and document preparation, to keep the office organised and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence to handle potentially awkward conversations in a professional manner.
• IT Savvy: Basic IT skills, particularly in working with software and Office 365 applications.
• Adaptability: Candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome, as long as they can engage professionally and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus but not essential-showcasing a willingness to learn is key.

We are looking a groundworker in the Southampton area. This is an ongoing role, starting ASAP. For a successful application candidates must have:

• A valid CSCS/NPORS/CPCS card
• A valid passport/RTW proof
• Strong background and experience in groundworks
• Punctual, reliable and engage in working in a team

The role will include:

• 8-9 hours per day
• £18/21 per hour
