Job Function
Perform import arrangement and administrative activity to ensure effective and efficient logistic function.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate wisely with related PIC (Purchasing, Sales, and Forwarding agent).
- Arrange import booking for truck/container incoming item.
- Email shipping document to forwarding agent for incoming planning schedule.
- Follow-up incoming import status with forwarding agent.
- Perform Onboard & MIRO of trading item in SAP.
- Perform acceptance of trading item in Infor system.
- Compile and maintain records of import documentation.
- To participate company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc.) as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be computer literate.
- Willing to work for 6 months contract.
