- To ensure all guest & visitors are welcomed and usher to the appropriate person/place;
- To screen and answer phone calls and attend to enquiry & request;
- To monitor tea lady & cleaner duties;
- To maintain and ensure pantry stock replenish & office tardiness;
- To be responsible in Safety Awareness role such as committing & identifying safe work procedures for work-related activities;
