Requirements

Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and vendors
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate party
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Prepare meeting rooms for events, including setting up AV equipment
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Update databases and spreadsheets with new employee information, customer data, etc.
- Assist with special projects as needed

provided us with valuable exposure and credibility in the industry. It served as a turning point of our company, propelling us into a phased of rapid growth and expansion.
Today, Roda Land is a recognized leader in the agricultural tires segment. Our products can be found in major conglomerate oil palm estates and also
paddy fields.
Looking ahead, we are committed to further growth and market expansion to overseas.
