This position is located in the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Management Support (OMS), Budget Directorate, located in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

• Perform budget execution support duties within assigned organizations and programs.
• Participate in reviews, edits, and consolidations of the annual and multi-year budget estimates for assigned organizations or programs into a single budget request
• Verify relative costs and benefits of alternative program plans.
• Identify and analyze basic trends in the receipt, obligation, or expenditure of funds.
• Generate a variety of routine and special reports covering the current status and projections of funds, expenses, and obligations.

• Perform a variety of school administrative functions such as student registration, student attendance, academic records maintenance, tuition status, and other related processes.
• Receive data and enter into the student information management database.
• Work in coordination with the administration to construct in the student information management system.
• Prepare a variety of letters, messages, memoranda, reports, charts, school bulletins, and other correspondence using typing and automated word processing equipment and other various software programs.
• Responsible for new student registration.
• Assembles and distributes to family's student registration packets including a student schedule and handbook, regulations, and other forms that might be required.
• Implement data collection techniques for collecting and electronically transferring student grades.
• Prepare reports for school administration and other personnel from the student information management system database. Disseminate to the correct personnel in a timely manner.
• Print from the student information management system database and mails homebound information packets and maintains electronic and hardcopy files of all school reports, generates awards for attendance, honor roll, etc.

• Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishment and administrative information, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
• Work with Victim Advocate Program Manager (FAPM) to develop and define program services and integration with other military and civilian agencies, and to prepare program development and case staffing presentations.
• Use regulatory guidelines, local laws, and precedents to develop and improve program goals and services.
• Work as victim advocate assisting victims with crisis situations.
• Screen victims of domestic abuse evaluating needs to provide information on domestic violence, available assistance, rights, and resources.
• Conduct briefings on installation Family Advocate Program policies, services and resources.
• Screen parents of children/youth impacted by problematic sexual behavior and provide support to teams overseeing support to these individuals.

• You will review mission profiles, operational concepts, tactical, operational and technical employment techniques.
• You will conduct studies to review the effectiveness of current and projected training operations, recommending changes to training scenarios to enhance training realism.
• You will plan and execute Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) exercise programs based on modeling and simulation guidance and regulations.
• You will draft policies and procedures on simulation methods, digital and virtual training at MARSOC facilities and will prepare papers or briefs in support of training management.
• You will use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze current training effectiveness, recommending modeling and simulation technological innovation to improve training effectiveness.
• You will compile, consolidate, review and analyze modeling and simulation budget and manpower estimates, develop cost budget analysis and budget forecasts.
• You will oversee contractors during war games and simulations and will serve as a contractive representative for contractors performing digital, virtual and constructive training simulation at MARSOC.

• Review and record patient history and supporting clinical data prior to each procedure.
• Simultaneously analyze and control highly specialized electrophysiologic, angiographic and hemodynamic monitors with interactive, complex programs.
• Monitor hemodynamic values, waveforms, pressure gradients and electrocardiogram tracings; immediately differentiates normal from abnormal and informs team of changes in patient status.
• Participate with physician in planning procedures and initiates preparation for procedure.
• Prepare a sterile field, maintains aseptic technique, and can assist the cardiologist at his request during a catheterization procedure.
• Record anatomical, physiological, and/or pathological data for further diagnosis.
• Connect and verify functionality of physiologic monitoring equipment such as ECG, blood pressure, pulse oxygenation, capnography, and arterial and/or venous pressure transducer.
• Ensure proper function and data collection of all monitoring equipment and software during procedure
• Provide detailed patient education regarding pre, intra, and post procedural requirements, expectations and potential complications.
• Connect external imaging systems such as cardiac ultrasound, cardiac device programmers, IVUS, OCT, ICE and other imaging sources into catheterization lab suite display systems.
