As part of our Housing Management Contract (ForFutures), you’ll be responsible for general housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance of housing stock.

What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out minor day-to-day maintenance across the Cheshire West and Chester borough.
• Undertaking regular health and safety checks on the housing stock.
• Basic painting and decorating duties.
• Receiving, recording, and following-up on repairs.
• Removing bulk items when required (with assistance if necessary).
What we’re looking for:
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Accurate record-keeping skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety, and safeguarding.
• Experience in delivering cleaning and facilities management services.
