Major Duties:
On a recurring basis, operates farm-type tractors and towed or attached equipment to maintain grounds and road medians and/or perform farming functions. The incumbent frequently operates towed or attached equipment from the seat of the tractor through hydraulic or mechanical controls.

Equipment operated may include mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, chippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, front-end loading devices, movable dozer blades, and backhoes. This equipment may be powered by direct drive or a power takeoff. Work may involve taking multiple mechanical and hydraulic connections between the towed or attached equipment and the tractor and make numerous equipment adjustments. Incumbent works on level or rolling terrain in such areas as open fields, parks, orchards, lawns, and along roadways.

As required, uses the fertilizer spreader to apply fertilizers as needed during the year. utilizes the aerator as needed on established turf. Uses auger, when needed to bore holes as required. Pulls plowing disc, to break dirt crust as needed. May level ground to give an even grade within boundaries as required.

• You will evaluate, interpret and integrate all-source intelligence and open-source information and/or independently evaluates collection systems solutions in support of the intelligence production process.
• You will provide advance oral and written communication to convey complex operational, technical and/or political-military concepts.
• You will conduct liaison and coordination within the intelligence community, fleet, other Navy, theater, other DoD, other government, industry and among foreign counterparts.

• Ensure each medical record contains appropriate documentation to support the principal diagnosis, principal procedures, qualifying complications and co-morbid conditions used for the DRG assignment.
• Assign ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM codes to each diagnosis listed, and ICD-10-CM codes to each operation and/or procedure performed into the Coding Compliance Editor (CCE) System.
• Review each recorded diagnosis and operation/procedure for accuracy and completeness.
• Determine which anatomical location is most representative and identify and properly code the causative agent for injuries and infections.
• Evaluate the sequence of diagnoses and operations/procedures to provide optimum DRG assignment.
• Engage in conversation with Physicians, Nursing and Utilization Management staff for determining the most correct DRG, procedures and complications.

As the Chief of the Reactor Inspection Branch, you will manage the NRC's oversight of commercial power reactors, including those under construction through inspection, policy development, coordination, implementation, assessment, and enhancement. 

This includes providing primary program management and supervision for the reactor oversight and construction reactor oversight processes (ROP) with an emphasis on improving the safety and risk focus of inspections and assessment activities.  You will also oversee the development of inspection related program guidance for NRC inspections of commercial nuclear power facilities, including operating facilities and future advanced reactor oversight programs

As a first-line supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing organizational change, supervising people, facilitating resolution of policy, technical, and administrative issues, and planning and executing activities within the Branch's scope of responsibilities. You will also be responsible for the administration of NRC human resources programs relative to employees under your supervision. The incumbent provides the functions related to on-site bui lding management while providing direction to 2 or 3 other building managers who perform the same tasks. Responsible for 4-6 buildings that may house as many as 2,000 residents.Perform inspections of vacant rooms and common areas daily checking for cleanliness and maintenance problems. Tracks all submitted trouble tickets and ensure they are completed when the ticket is closed.The incumbent is accountable for, and responsible for , control of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment in their assigned buildings .Ensures both FF&E and utilization information in BQRTS is correct and updated regularly.Coordinates with front desk and/or staff and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy. Will ensure rooms not ready for occupancy receive whatever work is required to get ready for occupancy.Performs duty of safety officer for assigned buildings .Provides input for short and long range planning .Clears snow from entryways, sidewalks, and parking lot as necessary. May be required to perform grounds maintenance functions .Performs other related duties as assigned.

Independently conducts group guidance sessions of a varying nature. This counseling deals with institutional adjustment, U.S. Parole commission, release planning, and interpersonal communications, individual counseling sessions varying in methods and intensity relevant to the individual's problems. They may focus on helping the individual offender understand and live within the complex family circumstances and assist him in developing new adjustment techniques. The Case Manager helps the offender view problems objectively and to deal with them realistically. Routinely deals with community resources to secure information and develop release plans. Prepare special progress reports for such consideration as parole, transfer, restoration of forfeited good time, and makes appropriate recommendations. Corresponds with attorneys, judges, probation and parole officers and other professionals regarding the inmate's case.

Prepares diagnostic studies, responsible for collecting, interpreting and evaluating factual information reflecting developmental and circumstantial factors for the assigned caseload of inmates. Acts in a liaison capacity with other units and institutional employees on matters concerning inmate behavior. Serves as the primary liaison with the U.S. Parole Commission in reporting the inmate's program progress, readiness or lack of readiness for release, and resources in the community relevant to the desirability of his release. Actively develops program planning by presenting cases to the Unit Team and coordinating case management services with other correctional disciplines.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

• Performs duties associated with the administration of the quality assurance provisions of contracts by designing, implementing, and maintaining a risk-based surveillance program and assessment plan.
