The Podiatry Service provides specialist care to a diverse group of patients with foot and lower limb problems within both a primary and secondary care setting. The experienced team of Podiatric Surgeons and Podiatrists assess, diagnose and manage deformity or pathology of the foot within a broad range of specialised clinics.
The Foot Health Service (Podiatric Medicine) is looking for a receptionist wo is an enthusiastic person with great communication skills
The role involves meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments liaising with other health professionals including GPs. You will need to be able to use multi data bases and be familiar with Microsoft office. The role is for Monday to Friday usual office hours but some flexibility is required
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The receptionist’s role is integral as the first line contact between service users and the department and as such we are looking for a motivated individual with good interpersonal skills who enjoys working with the public and a range of clinical and non-clinical colleagues to join our team. Duties include:
• Booking appointments, transport, advocates
• Answering telephones and helping patients and health professionals.
• Working with Podiatrists, Podiatry assistants and other administrators
• Liaising with other services
