About the Role: • In this varied role, you will carry out a mix of planned preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance across campus, ensuring work is completed promptly to minimise disruption to students. • You’ll investigate issues, determine the cause of damage, and either complete the necessary repairs yourself or coordinate with sub-contractors. • You’ll uphold high professional standards and actively promote a positive health and safety culture, adhering to existing infrastructure and regulations. • Ensure all buildings and services comply with statutory requirements and the Health and Safety at Work Act, providing necessary information to the Facilities Administration Team for compliance.
About You: • Experience in general building maintenance, including fault finding, repairs and installations. • A recognised qualifications or apprenticeship in a relevant trade such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and provide excellent customer service. • Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. • Hold a full UK driving licence. To contribute to the set up and effective running of a Birth Review and Reflect Service Ensure database and systems are in place to monitor themes and outcomes for women accessing the service and these are reported in a timely manner to the Clinical Governance team The post holder will ensure the smooth running of the service with responsibility for receiving all referrals, responding to referrals within stated timescales. To support professionals prior to Birth Reflect and Review consultations with women and birthing people, ensuring that relevant maternity notes and records are available. Organising appointments in confidential space individual women feel comfortable to attend including hospitals, their own homes and community hubs. To support professionals and service users following appointments this may include written and verbal feedback and supporting referral process onto other services such as PALS or patient complaint teams To contribute to the service user experience ensuring women and families are listened to and responded to with compassion. The post holder will support the feedback loop ensuring that the service is able to identify themes and learning from the experience of service users which will be used by the Maternity Service and wider LMNS to improve the experience for service users. About the Regional Facilities Manager role

• To oversee the Facilities Management of allocated properties within the Adults Division. Overseeing the capital improvements, maintenance and management of both site maintenance teams on larger sites and mobile maintenance team covering the smaller sites. Managing and delivering the agreed Capex & R&M budgets and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations.
• This role would deal with around 20-30 sites varying from small domestic type properties up to larger 40 bed sites with multiple buildings. The adults division cares for adults with a range of needs, from Learning disability, mental health, Autism and Neurological conditions and the role is to assist with ensuring a well maintained, safe built environment in a number of different settings.

• You will would work closely with our Operational teams aligning site and operating requirements with budget, communicating on planned and reactive works and working with external suppliers/contractors as necessary.

• Assisting the Divisional Facilities Manager and the Director of Facilities Management with the management of the Group’s Adults Division properties.
