The role requires overseeing seamless communication and efficient operations within the Regional Leadership Team's offices, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a calm, methodical approach to prioritisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-level leadership support tasks, coupled with strong organizational abilities and adaptability. They should thrive in tackling the administrative complexities of supporting diverse individuals and programs. The role involves managing key administrative functions for the Senior Regional Leadership Team, including diary and email management, responding to correspondence, and addressing daily issues on their behalf. The post holder will provide regular briefings, ensure the team is prepared with relevant information for meetings, and support the creation of high-level reports and presentations. Additionally, they will manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and conferences or events at both national and local levels while maintaining strong communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities also include recording and distributing meeting minutes, developing processes to improve efficiency, and offering project support. The role requires flexibility to undertake additional duties as the needs of the business evolve, ensuring seamless coordination and support across all activities. Who are we?
