This role is 32 hours per week which can be spread over 4 days, with the potential for overtime on the 5th day.We're looking for a positive team player who wants to provide great customer service and work for an established business.
Key ResponsibilitiesDay to day, you'll be answering the telephone and handling email enquiries, taking on-hires and off-hires from our construction industry customers.
You'll also raise quotations, input orders on our dedicated hire system and also be liaising with our operational depots and transport department to arrange deliveries and collections.
What We're Looking For- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer literacy - MS Office/Outlook skills
- Knowledge of G42 or other similar hire rental asset management systems advantageous
- Knowledge of hire industry/construction advantageous
