The role is to assist user to adopt to changes brought in by project.  The change management consultant must ensure that stakeholders and users are informed in a timely manner about the changes brought about by the project implementation. They should also ensure that the adoption of these changes by stakeholders and users is smooth and effective.

• Assisting project team on implementing changes for client
• Able to identify the stake holder, end user and necessary party that affected by the project implementation

Main Purpose of Job
